A display apparatus having: a display main body provided with a screen; a base member supporting the display main body; and a cylinder assembly provided between the display main body and the base member to liftably support the display main body, wherein the cylinder assembly exerts a supporting force at least as great as a weight of the display main body. Thus, the present invention offers the display apparatus with a simple structure capable of fine variation of a height of the display main body. Further, the display main body is lifted easily with a small force.

Display apparatus

An apparatus for assembling/disassembling a screen of a projection television. The apparatus has a front mask, a plurality of brackets, and a plurality of lockers. The screen is placed on the front mask. The plurality of brackets are combined with the front mask so that the skirt of the screen closely contacts the front mask. Each bracket has a plurality of slot portions that have first slots, and second slots that extend from the first slots, widths of the second slots being smaller than widths of the first slots. The plurality of lockers are combined with the front mask and include guides that are inserted into the second slots and stoppers that extend from the guides. Diameters of the guides are smaller than the widths of the first slots and greater than widths of the second slots.

Apparatus for assembling/disassembling screen of projection television

A display apparatus having a display body displaying a picture, a stand supporting the display body, and a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly has a tilting hinge provided between the display body and the stand to allow the display body to tilt relative to the stand; a pivoting hinge provided between the display body and the tilting hinge to allow the display body to pivot relative to the stand; and a swiveling hinge provided between the tilting hinge and the stand to allow the display body to swivel relative to the stand. Additionally, the display body can be installed on various kinds of arm stands in accordance with the VESA FDMI standard.

A projection television having a CRT assembly projecting image beams and front and rear casings, respectively provided in a front and a back of the CRT assembly, and further having a pair of CRT brackets provided between the front and rear casings, to support the CRT assembly. The CRT bracket is made of a conductive metallic material, thereby reducing deformation and deterioration because of changes in temperature and humidity, discharging heat generated from the CRT assembly, and blocking EMI.

Projection television

A screen mounting device for a projection TV includes a mask for protecting an edge of a screen on which an image is displayed which is arranged to enclose an edge portion of the screen and having a hooking socket formed at a back side thereof, and a holder member for fixing the screen s and the mask to the cabinet. The holder member includes a coupling portion fitting in a front edge portion of the cabinet and fixed thereto, a hooking portion inserted in the hooking socket of the mask and coupled thereto, and a screen fixing portion in which the edge portion of the screen is inserted. Also, the coupling portion, the hooking portion and the screen fixing portion are integrally formed.
