A display apparatus comprises a display panel, a support panel arranged at a rear of the display panel, and a control module arranged at a rear of the support panel to control the display panel. The support panel comprises a first body arranged at the rear of the display panel, a second body bonded to the first body at a rear of the first body to form an accommodation space with the first body, and a heat absorbing material accommodated in the accommodation space to receive heat from the display panel that is absorbed by the first body, to thereby reduce an increase in a temperature of the display panel.

Display apparatus

An outdoor display apparatus comprises a case including an inlet and an outlet, a display module disposed inside the case and including a display panel on which an image seen through at least a portion of the case is displayed, and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a first portion located on a first flow path formed to circulate air to the display module, a second portion to receive heat from the first portion, and located on a second flow path on which outside air is heat-exchanged with air, and a phase change material provided to circulate between the first and second portions, and provided to change a phase from a fluid to a gas. The case comprises a partition wall provided to isolate the first flow path and the second flow path from each other, and the first portion and the second portion are disposed obliquely.

Outdoor display apparatus

An outdoor display apparatus having a heat dissipation structure includes a first display module configured to display an image in a first direction, a second display module configured to display an image in a second direction opposite to the first direction, a housing configured to accommodate the first display module and the second display module, and having an inlet and an outlet, and a heat exchange device configured to receive heat from one of the first display module and the second display module and perform heat exchange, wherein the heat exchange device includes: a first heat exchange portion having at least one cooling passage to cool the first display module; a second heat exchange portion having at least one cooling passage to cool the second display module; and a heat exchanger configured to be selectively shared by the first heat exchange portion and the second heat exchange portion.

Disclosed herein is an outdoor display apparatus having a heat-radiating structure. The outdoor display apparatus includes a housing; a display module disposed inside the housing, and including a display panel on which an image is displayed; a heat-exchange module disposed on a rear surface of the display module, and configured to concentrate heat inside the housing on a rear surface of the display panel and discharge heat out of the housing; a protective glass disposed to correspond to a display area of the display panel, and configured to transmit infrared light; and a flow path formed inside the housing such that air flowing along the flow path transfers heat from the display panel to the heat-exchange module.

A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel, a light guide plate disposed on a lower part of the liquid crystal display panel, an LED circuit substrate disposed along at least one side of the light guide plate to accommodate an LED on a front surface thereof, and a heat transmission member having a first part that faces a lower surface of the light guide plate and a second part that is extendedly bent from the first part and faces the LED circuit substrate.

Liquid crystal display device having improved cooling efficiency

Provided is a display apparatus capable of enhancing the cooling efficiency. The display apparatus includes a display on which an image is to be displayed and a cooling device configured to discharge air from a rear side of the display by a fan. The cooling device includes a first fluid passage forming a first fluid flow at the rear side of the display and a second fluid passage forming a second fluid flow introduced from a periphery of the first fluid passage at the rear side of the display, to increase a flux of air discharged toward the display by the fan.

A display apparatus and a method for dissipating heat are provided. The display apparatus may include a housing including an inlet and an outlet; a display panel disposed in the housing; a first cooling flow path, through which a first flow of air flows, the first cooling flow path connecting the inlet to the outlet; a second cooling flow path formed in the housing to allow a second flow of air to flow around the display panel to exchange heat with the display panel; and a heat exchange device disposed in the housing. The heat exchange device may be configured to allow the second flow of air to exchange heat with the first flow of air, and supply outside air to the second cooling flow path or discharge the second flow of air in the second cooling flow path to an outside of the display apparatus.

Display apparatus and method of controlling the same

A gantry of a computed tomography (CT) apparatus includes a rotating frame configured to rotate around a rotation axis and a rotation driver configured to rotate the rotating frame. The gantry also includes a stator configured to support the rotating frame while the rotating frame rotates and electronic components arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotating frame. The rotating frame includes a plurality of annular frames positioned concentrically around the rotation axis and a plurality of rib frames arranged on circumferential surfaces of the plurality of annular frames and parallel to the rotation axis in such a manner as to connect the plurality of annular frames. At least one of the plurality of annular frames and the plurality of rib frames has a recessed portion along a longitudinal direction thereof.

The ultrasonic probe includes a transducer array that generates ultrasonic waves, a backing layer that is provided on a rear surface of the transducer array, a pulsating heat pipe that absorbs heat generated in the transducer array, and a heat radiation unit that receives the heat from the pulsating heat pipe to emit the received heat to the outside.

A dual venturi for a combustion device that can control the quantities of gas and air supplied to the burner of a water heater and in which a motor is combined with a damper so as to simultaneously open and close the inlets for secondary air and gas and efficiently control the quantity of heat, in order to increase the turn-down ratio. The dual venturi includes: a housing having a discharge part coupled to a turbo fan; an air supply unit divided into first and second air supply units; a gas supply unit divided into first and second gas supply units communicating with the first and second air supply units; and an opening and closing unit that blocks the flow of secondary air and secondary gas when needing a low quantity of heat, and opens both the second air supply unit and the second opening when needing a high quantity of heat.

An information updating method of an electronic label that is capable of updating information on products displayed on store shelves, and a system thereof. According to an exemplary embodiment, an electronic label system includes: an electronic label configured to comprise a display, an Near Field Communication (NFC) tag, a memory, and a processor that interfaces with the NFC tag; and a terminal device configured to acquire identification information of the electronic label through the NFC tag, to check, based on the acquired identification information of the electronic label, whether there is product information required to be updated regarding the electronic label, and, in response to a check result showing that there is product information required to be updated, to transmit the product information required to be updated to the electronic label through the NFC tag.
