An electronic apparatus including: a display panel, which includes first and second non-folding areas arranged in a first direction and a folding area disposed between the first and second non-folding areas, wherein the display panel is folded along a folding axis extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, the display panel further including pixels; a lower member disposed below the display panel, wherein the lower member includes a lower opening overlapping the folding area; and a sensing sensor including a first sensing adhesive layer disposed between the display panel and the lower member and adjacent to the display panel, a second sensing adhesive layer in contact with the lower member, and a digitizer disposed between the first sensing adhesive layer and the second sensing adhesive layer and including a plurality of coils, wherein the second sensing adhesive layer has a sensing opening that overlaps the folding area.

The digitizer includes a first base layer, a second base layer disposed on the first base layer, a third base layer disposed on the second base layer, a first sensing line disposed between the first base layer and the second base layer, and a second sensing line substantially perpendicular to the first sensing line, disposed between the second base layer and the third base layer, and including a first sub-line portion and a second sub-line portion disposed in the non-folding area, and a third sub-line portion disposed between the first sub-line portion and the second sub-line portion and corresponding to the folding area. The third sub-line portion has a fracture strain greater than a fracture strain of the first sub-line portion and the second sub-line portion.

An electronic apparatus includes a display panel having non-folding areas arranged along a first direction, and a folding area disposed between the non-folding areas and folded along an imaginary folding axis extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, a lower protective film disposed below the display panel, a detection sensor disposed below the protective film, and a lower member disposed below the detection sensor. The detection sensor includes a digitizer including first sensing coils and second sensing coils, which are insulated and spaced apart from each other, and a shielding layer disposed below the digitizer. The shielding layer overlaps the folding area and a shielding opening is defined through the shielding layer.

A display device includes a display panel and a sensing panel disposed on the display panel. The sensing panel includes a first conductive layer disposed on a first surface of a base layer, a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, a first auxiliary conductive layer in a folding region on the same layer as the first conductive layer on the first surface of the base layer, a second auxiliary conductive layer in the folding region on the first auxiliary conductive layer and spaced apart from the second conductive layer, a third conductive layer disposed on a second surface of the base layer, and a fourth conductive layer disposed on the third conductive layer in first and second non-folding regions. Protective window and display device including the same

A touch panel for a display device and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes forming a photosensitive insulating layer over a substrate and forming a first conductive layer over the photosensitive insulating layer. The method also includes exposing the first conductive layer via a first mask including a pattern corresponding to a wiring electrode, removing the first mask, developing the exposed first conductive layer and forming the photosensitive insulating layer over the first conductive layer. The method further includes forming a second conductive layer and a carrier film over the photosensitive insulating layer and first exposing the second conductive layer via a second mask; removing the carrier film. The method also includes developing the exposed second conductive layer, and forming and drying the wiring electrode over the second conductive layer and the photosensitive insulating layer.

Touch panel and method of manufacturing the same

A manufacturing method of a touch panel includes: forming a graphene electrode on a metal substrate; adhering a transfer film on the graphene electrode; patterning the metal substrate to form electrode wiring; adhering a base substrate under the electrode wiring; and removing the transfer film. In the manufacturing method, the metal layer used when forming the graphene electrode is not removed after forming the graphene, and the metal layer is patterned to be used as the electrode wiring, such that the removal process of the metal layer and the forming process of the electrode wiring are unified into one. Accordingly, in the manufacturing process of the touch panel using the graphene as the transparent electrode, the manufacturing process is simplified.

A display device has a cover window that is light, has good resistance against external impact, and is capable of being processed with various shapes. A display device according to the present invention includes: a display panel including a display area and a non-display area; and a cover window positioned at the front side of the display panel and including a transparent area corresponding to the display area and a non-transparent area corresponding to the non-display area, wherein the cover window includes a cover window main body formed with the transparent area and the non-transparent area, and a transparent protection layer formed at the front surface of the cover window main body. The transparent protection layer extends to the rear surface corresponding to at least a portion of the non-transparent area of the cover window main body.
