A trap apparatus of condensate water according to the present invention comprises: a neutralizing part including an inlet through which condensate water is introduced, an internal space for containing a neutralizing agent for neutralizing the introduced condensate water, and a condensate water passage through which the condensate water that was neutralized by the neutralizing agent in the internal space is discharged; a discharge part including a storage space for storing the condensate water which is directly or indirectly introduced through the condensate water passage, an outlet which is open in a circular shape so as to discharge the stored condensate water, and a spherical ball capable of closing the outlet by being seated on the outlet, wherein the ball is spaced from the outlet by buoyancy of the condensate water when the condensate water is contained in the storage space above a critical water level, such that the condensate water can be discharged through the outlet, and the condensate water can be neutralized simultaneously with discharging of only the condensate water without exhaust gas.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tube assembly for a tubular heat exchanger and a tubular heat exchanger comprising the same, the tube assembly for a tubular heat exchanger being capable of enhancing efficiency in heat exchange between a heat medium and a combustion gas and also preventing high-temperature oxidation and the burn-out of a turbulator caused by the combustion heat of the combustion gas and preventing the deformation or damage of a tube which may occur in an environment with a high water pressure, thereby improving the durability thereof. A shell-and-tube heat exchanger according to the present invention comprises: an outer barrel having a cavity provided therein such that heating water flows along the same; a lower tube plate that covers an opening near one end of the outer barrel; an upper tube plate that covers an opening near the other end of the outer barrel, the upper tube plate providing an inner space in which a heat source is positioned; a plurality of flues for guiding combustion gas from the upper tube plate to the outside of the lower tube plate; and a main diaphragm arranged across a reference direction between the lower tube plate and the upper tube plate, a plurality of through-holes being formed in the main diaphragm such that the flues penetrate the same, wherein at least some of the through-holes constitute a large-width through-hole (single hole) that at least two of the flues penetrate together.

Shell-and-tube heat exchanger

The objective of the present invention is to provide a tubular heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchange efficiency and preventing deformation and damage thereof even in a high water-pressure environment. To this end, the present invention includes an outer jacket through which a heat medium is introduced and discharged; a combustion chamber coupled to the inside of the outer jacket so that a heat medium passage is formed between the combustion chamber and the outer jacket, and configured to perform combustion of a burner; a plurality of tubes formed in a flat shape for allowing combustion gas, which is generated in the combustion chamber, to flow along the inside of the combustion chamber and exchange heat with the heat medium; and a turbulator coupled to the inside of the tubes so as to induce generation of turbulence in a flow of the combustion gas.
