A touch sensing unit includes first touch electrodes, a first touch signal line, and a second touch signal line. The first touch electrodes are disposed in a touch sensor area. The first touch signal line is electrically connected to some of the first touch electrodes arranged in a first column. The second touch signal line is electrically connected to some of the first touch electrodes arranged in a second column different from the first column. The second touch signal line includes a first bent portion bent at least once in an intersection region of the first touch signal line and the second touch signal line.

Touch sensing unit and display device including the same

A sensing unit including first sensing electrodes arranged in a sensing area, second sensing electrodes electrically isolated from the first sensing electrodes, first identification patterns adjacent to the first sensing electrodes, and second identification patterns adjacent to the second sensing electrodes, in which a number of the first identification patterns is different from a number of the second identification patterns.

Sensing unit

A display device including a touch sensing unit including a first touch conductive layer, a first touch insulating layer disposed on the first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer disposed on the first touch insulating layer. The touch sensor area includes a first touch sensor area located at a center of the touch sensor area, and a second touch sensor area located between the first touch sensor area and the curved portion. The first touch conductive layer includes a touch connection electrode connecting adjacent first touch electrodes, and a plurality of capacitance (cap) compensation patterns arranged in the second touch sensor area. The plurality of cap compensation patterns includes a first cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent first touch electrode and a second cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent second touch electrode.

Provided is a display device including a display unit including a display area, a transmitting portion surrounded by the display area, and a non-display area surrounding the display area, and a touch sensing unit having a transmissive area, dummies overlapping the transmitting portion and surrounding the transmissive area, and a touch sensor area surrounding the dummies and including first touch electrodes, and second touch electrodes respectively between the first touch electrodes, connected in a first direction, and spaced apart in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein the dummies include a main dummy surrounding the transmissive area, and at least one sub-dummy surrounding the main dummy, and wherein an outermost sub-dummy of the at least one sub-dummy that is at an outermost position of the dummies includes a first cut corresponding to a gap between adjacent first and second touch electrodes among the first and second touch electrodes.

Display device

Provided is a sensing unit including first sensing electrodes arranged along a first direction in a sensing area, and second sensing electrodes arranged along a second direction intersecting the first direction. Each of the first sensing electrodes includes a plurality of first mesh lines, and each of the second sensing electrodes includes a plurality of second mesh lines. A line width of the first mesh lines is different from a line width of the second mesh lines.

A display device is provided. A display device includes a display unit, and a touch sensing unit disposed on the display unit, wherein the touch sensing unit includes a substrate, a first sensing electrode disposed on the substrate, wherein the first sensing electrode includes a plurality of touch conductive patterns separated from each other, a second sensing electrode disposed on the same layer as the first sensing electrode and insulated from the first sensing electrode, and a connection electrode electrically connecting the touch conductive patterns to each other, wherein the connection electrode includes a first connection electrode overlapping the second sensing electrode and a second connection electrode not overlapping the second sensing electrode.

Display device with touch sensing unit

Provided herein is a display device including a base layer having a non-sensing area and a sensing area configured to surround the non-sensing area, a touch sensor disposed on the sensing area of the base layer, an optical structure disposed on the base layer, and a polarization layer disposed on the touch sensor so as to overlap the sensing area. The touch sensor and the optical structure include a first through hole located in the non-sensing area, and the non-sensing area includes a first area corresponding to the first through hole and a second area configured to surround the first area. The optical structure is disposed in the second area, and includes an optical pattern including a plurality of openings.

A display device includes: a base member; first sensing electrodes disposed on the base member and electrically connected to a first sensing line, wherein the first sensing electrodes include first and second ends facing and spaced apart from each other; a second sensing electrode disposed between the first and second ends of the first sensing electrodes on a same layer as the first sensing electrodes and electrically connected to a second sensing line; and a connection electrode to electrically connect the first and second ends of the first sensing electrodes to each other without overlapping regions between each of the first and second ends of the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrode.

A display device includes a first substrate, light emitting elements, a second substrate, and a touch sensor on the second substrate. The touch sensor includes a first touch conductive layer on the second substrate, a touch insulating layer on the first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer on the touch insulating layer. The first touch conductive layer includes first sub-sensing electrodes, a connecting portion connecting the first sub-sensing electrodes adjacent to each other, and second sub-sensing electrodes. The second touch conductive layer includes a third sub-sensing electrode connected to one of the first sub-sensing electrodes through contact holes passing through the touch insulating layer, and a fourth sub-sensing electrode electrically connected to one of the second sub-sensing electrodes through contact holes passing through the touch insulating layer electrically connecting the second sub-sensing electrodes adjacent to each other.

Touch sensor and display device including the same

A touch member includes a first touch electrode including a plurality of first sub-detection electrode patterns. The touch member includes a second touch electrode including a plurality of second sub-detection electrode. An electrode pattern connecting portion electrically connects adjacent second sub-detection electrode patterns. An island electrode pattern is disposed in the second touch electrode. A bridge pattern electrically connects a first sub-detection electrode of the first sub-detection electrode patterns to the island electrode pattern. The bridge pattern is formed of a first conductive layer. The first sub-detection electrode patterns, the electrode pattern connecting portion, the second sub-detection electrode patterns, and the island electrode pattern are formed of a second conductive layer. An insulating pattern is disposed between the bridge pattern and a part of the second conductive layer overlapping with the bridge pattern. The insulating pattern does not overlap a part of the bridge pattern.
