Discussed is a touch display device including a substrate, a plurality of subpixels on the substrate, each subpixel including an emission area having a plurality of vertices, an encapsulation layer on the plurality of subpixels, and a plurality of touch electrodes on the encapsulation layer. The plurality of touch electrodes have mesh structure to surround the emission area. At least one of the touch electrodes includes a first electrode portion extending in a first direction, a second electrode portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a third electrode portion at an intersection of the first and second electrode portions. A width of the third electrode portion increases from the first electrode portion to a center portion of the third electrode.

A touch display device can include a plurality of light-emitting elements disposed on a substrate, each light-emitting element including an emission area having a plurality of vertices. The touch display device can further include an encapsulation unit disposed on the plurality of light-emitting elements, and a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the encapsulation unit so as to surround the emission area. Each of the plurality of touch electrodes can have a mesh structure configured to surround the emission area, and surfaces of the each of the plurality of touch electrodes facing the plurality of vertices of the emission area can be formed in a rounded shape. A distance from a peripheral edge of the emission area to a corresponding touch electrode can be substantially same in each of the plurality of light-emitting elements.

A method and an apparatus for performing direct communication with at least one other user equipment are provided. A method performed by a UE includes transmitting, to at least one other UE included in a group call with the UE, a first message requesting permission for transmission; starting a timer upon transmitting the first message; restarting the timer in response to the timer expiring before a second message in response to the first message has been received; stopping the timer in response to receiving the second message before the timer expires; retransmitting the first message each time the timer expires before receiving the second message until a total number of transmissions of the first message reaches a predetermined number of times; transmitting, to the at least one other UE, a third message indicating that the permission for transmission is granted to the UE after the first message is transmitted the predetermined number of times and the timer expires before receiving the second message; and transmitting media data to the at least one other UE after transmitting the third message.

An OLED display device and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The OLED display device includes a substrate including a display area provided with an organic light emitting element and a pad area provided with a plurality of pads, the pad area formed around the display area, an encapsulation layer formed on the substrate such that the encapsulation layer covers the organic light emitting element, and a dam formed between the display area and the pad area, the dam controlling flow of an organic film material constituting the encapsulation layer.

The present disclosure provides a method whereby a mobility management entity (MME) in a cellular communication system transmits uplink data, the method comprising: receiving uplink data from a terminal; determining if the received uplink data is an Internet Protocol (IP) packet by examining the uplink data; transmitting the uplink data to a destination node via a packet data network (PDN) if the uplink data is an IP packet; and transmitting the uplink data to the destination node via a service capability exposure function (SCEF) if the uplink data is not an IP packet, wherein the uplink data comprises an indicator for indicating whether the uplink data is an IP packet.

Discussed is a touch display device for preventing deterioration in touch performance. The touch display device includes touch electrodes formed so that surfaces thereof that face the vertices of an emission area of a light-emitting element are formed in a rounded shape, thereby making the spacing distances between the touch electrodes and the emission area constant regardless of the positions thereof. A terminal may omit or partially perform a blind search for the subsequent control information area overlapping a data area. The disclosure relates to a method of transmitting and receiving control information in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the method may include receiving interruption configuration information via upper signaling from a base station (BS), when a format of an interruption indicator transmitted from the BS to a user equipment is determined based on the received interruption configuration information, searching for the interruption indicator, and identifying, based on the format of the interruption indicator, information included in the interruption indicator detected as a result of the searching.
