The present invention relates to an air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle and, more specifically, to an air conditioning apparatus for a heat pump system, wherein while blown air passes through a first area and a second area which are partitioned from each other by a first separation wall, air passing through the first area is cooled or heated and then supplied to the inside of a vehicle, and air passing through the second area is discharged to the outside, so that the air conditioning apparatus can be miniaturized and can easily cool or heat the inside of the vehicle.

Air conditioning apparatus for vehicle

An embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle heat pump system including a compressor configured to compress and circulate a refrigerant, a condenser configured to condense the compressed refrigerant, a first expansion valve configured to expand the condensed refrigerant, an evaporator configured to evaporate the refrigerant expanded by the first expansion valve by allowing the refrigerant to exchange heat with a coolant, a cabin cooler configured to cool a vehicle interior by allowing the coolant having passed through the evaporator to exchange heat with air, and a radiator configured to allow the coolant for cooling an electrical component to exchange heat with outside air, in which the coolant having passed through the radiator flows into the evaporator in a heating mode.

Vehicle heat pump system

A thermal management system, comprising: a primary coolant circulation system for cooling a first coolant by circulating the first coolant which is heat-exchanged with cooling water through a first water-cooled condenser; a secondary coolant circulation system for cooling a battery chiller by using a second coolant which is heat-exchanged with the first coolant of the primary coolant circulation system; and a second cooling line for cooling a battery by circulating cooling water which is heat-exchanged through the battery chiller, wherein the number of revolutions of the first condenser of the primary coolant circulation system is less than the number of revolutions of the second condenser of the secondary coolant circulation system, or the first coolant and the second coolant are heat-exchanged via the cooling water, such that the battery can be cooled efficiently during rapid charging.

The present invention provides a vapor injection module including a first expansion means having an inlet port into which a refrigerant is introduced, and first line and second line connected to the inlet port so that the introduced refrigerant flows therethrough, the first expansion means being disposed at a connection portion between the first line and the second line and configured to control a flow direction of the refrigerant and whether to expand the refrigerant depending on an air conditioning mode, a gas-liquid separator connected to the first line and configured to separate the introduced refrigerant into a liquid refrigerant and a gaseous refrigerant, a second expansion means connected to a movement passage through which the liquid refrigerant separated in the gas-liquid separator flows, the second expansion means being configured to expand the introduced refrigerant, and a first outlet port connected to the second line and the second expansion means.

Vapor injection module and heat pump system using same

A vapor injection module may include an expansion valve configured to allow a condensed refrigerant to pass therethrough or expand a condensed refrigerant in accordance with an air conditioning mode, and a gas-liquid separator configured to receive the refrigerant from the expansion valve and separate the refrigerant into a gaseous refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant, in which the expansion valve has a plurality of expansion regions and performs operations of allowing the refrigerant to pass therethrough, performing first-stage expansion on the refrigerant, or performing second-stage expansion on the refrigerant in accordance with arrangement positions of the expansion regions.

A heat management system includes a refrigerant circulation line for circulating refrigerant, the refrigerant circulation line comprising a compressor, a water-cooled condenser, a first expansion valve, an air-cooled condenser, a second expansion valve, an evaporator, a refrigerant heat exchanger for causing mutual heat exchange between refrigerant introduced into the second expansion valve and refrigerant discharged from the evaporator, and a first refrigerant bypass line configured such that refrigerant that has passed through the water-cooled condenser bypasses the first expansion valve and the air-cooled condenser; a heating line for heating the indoor space by circulating cooling water that exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the water-cooled condenser; and a cooling line for cooling a battery and electronic equipment components by circulating the cooling water that exchanges heat with the refrigerant or air.

Heat management system

A heat management system which includes: a refrigerant circulation line which includes a compressor, a water cooling-type condenser, a first expansion valve, an air cooling-type condenser, a second expansion valve, and an evaporator, and cools the indoor space by circulating a refrigerant; a heating line which heats the indoor space by circulating cooling water which exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the water cooling-type condenser; a first cooling line which cools a battery by circulating cooling water which exchanges heat with air or the refrigerant; and a second cooling line which cools electric components including a driving motor, by circulating cooling water which exchanges heat with air or the refrigerant. The heat management system enables efficient heat management of electric components and a battery in a vehicle as well as cooling and heating of the vehicle.

A heat exchange system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulation loop for circulating a refrigerant, a compressor, a condenser, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, a first chiller and a second chiller. The first expansion valve and the first chiller form a group and the second expansion valve and the second chiller form another group. The two groups are arranged in parallel; a first coolant circulation loop comprising a first cooler, and circulating coolant which exchanges heat with the refrigerant via the first chiller; a second coolant circulation loop includes a second cooler, and circulating coolant which exchanges heat with the refrigerant via the second chiller. The first expansion valve and the second expansion valve are controlled so that the refrigerant passing through the first chiller during a cooling mode has a higher pressure, temperature, and rate of discharge than the refrigerant passing through the second chiller.

Heat exchange system for vehicle

A thermal management system includes a refrigerant circulation line including a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first expansion valve, and a second heat exchanger configured for cooling a vehicle interior by circulating a refrigerant; a heating line configured for heating the vehicle interior by circulating cooling water heat-exchanged with the refrigerant through the first heat exchanger and heat-exchanged with a battery; a cooling line configured for cooling an electrical component by circulating cooling water heat-exchanged with air or the refrigerant.
