The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a direct injection fuel rail. Specifically, a mounting structurefor a direct injection fuel rail comprises a mount unitand an injector cupcombined with a main pipe, wherein the injector cupand the mount unitare connected to and integrated with each other via a bridge, wherein the injector cupis bonded to the main pipe, and wherein the mount unitis separated from the main pipe. As such, concentration of stress due to displacement may be prevented, resistance against fatigue fracture may be increased, thermal deformation and additional concentration of stress may be prevented, manufacturability may be improved, and precise assembling positions may be easily ensured.

A method for fabricating a semiconductor device includes forming an insulation layer containing an impurity, forming a contact hole by etching the insulation layer, performing a treatment to decrease a concentration of the impurity on a surface of the insulation layer, and rinsing the contact hole.
