Disclosed are a coil assembly of a slotless motor, a housing, and a slotless motor including the same. According to the present invention, there is provided a coil assembly of a slotless motor which includes a plurality of first coil structures which have two first coil sides facing each other with a first space interposed therebetween and having a fan-shaped cross section in a width direction and have a first end turn bent in a first direction on at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the two first coil sides and a plurality of second coil structures which have two second coil sides facing each other with a second space interposed therebetween and having a fan-shaped cross section in a width direction and have a second end turn bent in a second direction on at least one end in a longitudinal direction of the two second coil sides, wherein the plurality of first coil structures and the plurality of second coil structures are coupled to each other to form a circular stator winding structure.

Coil assembly of slotless motor, housing and slotless motor including the same

Disclosed are a slotless electric motor and a coil unit thereof. In the coil unit of the slotless electric motor, a first coil and a second coil overlap each other while a first end turn of the first coil and a first end turn of the second coil face each other and a first coil-side of the second coil is inserted between two coil-sides of the first coil, wherein each of the first coil and the second coil comprises two coil-sides parallel to each other, ends of the two coil-sides are connected through a first end turn and a second end turn having a curved shape, respectively, and the first end turn is bent to make a pre-configured angle with respect to the two coil-sides.

Slotless electric motor and coil unit thereof

Disclosed is an internal weight type vertical vibrator including: a housing; a magnetic circuit unit placed in the internal space of the housing, and comprising a magnet perpendicularly placed and a yoke for fixedly receiving the magnet therein for generating a magnetic field; spring members provided with upper ends fixed to the housing and lower ends fixed to the magnetic circuit unit for vertically; a vibrating unit placed in the yoke so that the outer surface of the vibrating unit is surrounded by the yoke, comprising the weight having a hollow cylindrical structure provided with a central hole, into which the magnet is inserted; and a vibration-generating coil placed just below the magnetic circuit unit so that the vibration-generating coil is interlinked with the magnetic field of the magnet for allowing current supplied from the outside to flow in one direction therethrough.

Internal weight type vertical vibrator

Disclosed is a flat type vibration motor, in which a shaft is supported between a housing and a bracket. A rotor includes an upper board, A and B phase winding coils, an eccentric weight and a rectifier. The rectifier has a plurality of segments electrically connected to first and second ends of the A and B phase winding coils. A stator includes a lower board, a magnet and a pair of brush fingers electrically connected to a power supply and in contact with the segments. A pattern coil on the upper board electrically connects between a segment connected to a first end of the A phase winding coil and another segment connected to a second end of the B phase winding coil to generate electromagnetic force for rotating the rotor from an electrically disconnected section to an electrically connected section.
