The present invention relates to a connector provided between a condenser and a receiver driver and configured to fixedly couple the condenser and the receiver driver, and a vehicle heat exchanger including the same, and more particularly, to a connector capable of improving weldability between the receiver dryer side and the connector by means of a pipe-shaped clad plate or a ring-shaped clad seating member, and a vehicle heat exchanger including the same.

The present invention relates to a plate-type heat exchanger having a bracket-reinforcing structure. An object of the present invention is to provide a plate-type heat exchanger having a bracket-reinforcing structure that has a reinforcing plate attached to prevent exposure of the plate-type heat exchanger in a region in which a bracket plate of an assembly of the plate-type heat exchanger and the bracket plate is connected to an external device, thereby suppressing the corrosion of the plate-type heat exchanger and improving the durability of the plate-type heat exchanger.

The present invention relates to an integrated connector and a heat exchanger including the same, in which a connector main body is formed by pressing one pipe, a cap is press-fitted into the connector main body, such that the integrated connector is formed so that an interior of the connector main body is blocked by the cap. Therefore, the number of components used to manufacture a connector, which connects and securely couples a header tank and a gas-liquid separator, may be reduced, the integrated connector may be easily manufactured, and a brazing defect may be reduced at portions where the integrated connector is joined to the header tank and the gas-liquid separator of the heat exchanger.

A cooling module including: a radiator including: first and second header tanks disposed to face each other; and hook parts respectively disposed at upper and lower sides of the first header tank and a lower side of the second header tank; and a condenser including: third and fourth header tanks disposed to face each other; a flange connection part coupled to the third header tank; and a gas-liquid separator coupled to the fourth header tank, in which the condenser is coupled to the radiator as the flange connection part, the third header tank, and the gas-liquid separator are inserted into the plurality of the hook parts, respectively, in a direction from an upper side to a lower side thereof.

A vehicle condenser in which a notch portion of each coupling part of a pair of supports installed at the outermost sides of radiation fins extends so as to have a certain length from the tip of a body part to the inside end of the notch portion, or a through-hole is formed so as to be spaced by a predetermined distance toward the inside of the body part from the tip thereof, thereby preventing the radiation fins from melting when the clad on a header of a header tank is melted during the brazing of the radiation fins and flows along an embossing part, regardless of a method for manufacturing the supports. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the failure rate of the condenser and increase the efficiency of the condenser by maintaining the original state of the radiation fins.

The header tank of the heat exchanger and the heat exchanger having the same may prevent leakage of a heat exchanging medium from the header tank of the heat exchanger after a header, a tank, and a baffle are bonded by a brazing by forming concavely forming parts at an outer side of the header so that edge portions of the header at which the header, the tank, and the baffle are joined together with one another are not spaced apart from the tank and the baffle to minimize a gap (space) of portions at which inner side edge portions of the header are joined with the tank and the baffle.

A heat exchanger in which a connecting part may be coupled to a header tank of the heat exchanger in the short term without using a separate coupling component before a brazing process is performed, and a coupling method of a connecting part thereof. The connecting part is coupled to a first header tank or a second header tank while surrounding a predetermined region of an outer peripheral surface of the first header tank or the second header tank, a region of the connecting part to which external force is locally applied being coupled to the first header tank or the second header tank while protruding together with the first header tank or the second header tank.

Disclosed herein is a vehicle condenser in which a notch portion of each coupling part of a pair of supports installed at the outermost sides of radiation fins extends so as to have a certain length from the tip of a body part to the inside end of the notch portion, or a through-hole is formed so as to be spaced by a predetermined distance toward the inside of the body part from the tip thereof, thereby preventing the radiation fins from melting when the clad on a header of a header tank is melted during the brazing of the radiation fins and flows along an embossing part, regardless of a method for manufacturing the supports.
