The present disclosure relates to a soot blower including: a lance tube which includes one end that reciprocally moves in one direction on a surface of an inlet port of a flow path of the tubular heat exchanger; a drive unit which is connected to the lance tube and reciprocally moves and rotates the lance tube in the one direction; a first nozzle which is connected to the one end of the lance tube and discharges steam to the inlet port; and a second nozzle which is disposed adjacent to the first nozzle and connected to the one end of the lance tube and discharges solid particles to the inlet port, and the present disclosure relates to a method of cleaning a tubular heat exchanger by using the soot blower.

A boiler facility includes a boiler having a combustion chamber in which a burner is installed, a fuel pipe for supplying fuel to the burner, an air duct for supplying air sucked by a blower to the boiler, an oxygen supplier having an oxygen pipe connected to the air duct and a flow rate controller provided in the oxygen pipe, and a control unit. There is disclosed a method for removing nitrogen oxides of exhaust gas using natural manganese ores. In the method, ammonia is used as a reductant to selectively reduce the nitrogen oxides in the presence of a catalyst prepared from the natural manganese ores. The catalyst allows nitrogen oxides to be completely removed from exhaust gas at a relatively low temperature of 130-250&deg; C. without discharging unreacted ammonia through oxidation reaction. The catalyst is superior in economic terms in addition to preventing the deleterious effects which occur when discharging ammonia.
