An organic light-emitting apparatus includes a lower substrate comprising a display area and a peripheral area around the display area; a first insulating layer on the display area and the peripheral area of the lower substrate, wherein a plurality of penetration holes are formed in the first insulating layer in the peripheral area; an upper substrate on the lower substrate; and a sealant in the plurality of penetration holes bonding the lower substrate to the upper substrate.

In one aspect, the display panel includes a first substrate including a display region configured to display images and a non-display region surrounding the display region. The display panel further includes a metal pattern disposed in the non-display region, a second substrate opposing the first substrate, and a sealant disposed between and substantially sealing the first and second substrates, wherein the sealant at least partially overlaps the metal pattern. Disclosed is an electromagnetic interference (EMI) gasket capable of reliably shielding an electronic component accommodated therein from electromagnetic waves. The EMI gasket includes an elastic core which includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction and a through hole passing through the first and second surfaces and an electroconductive cover which adheres to the first surface with an adhesive interposed therebetween. Here, parts of the cover which face the through hole are incised to integrally form a plurality of blocking parts, and the blocking parts cover and adhere to sidewalls of the through hole.
