A stator for an AFPM motor and a method of manufacturing the stator are disclosed. The stator includes a stator housing having radially extending blades, a stacked core, and a winding coil wound along an outer circumferential surface of the stacked core. The stacked core is coupled to the plurality of blades. The stator has an outer housing coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the stator housing to seal an inner space of the stator housing and has outer ring covers coupled to opposite side surfaces of the stator housing, respectively.

Stator for an AFPM motor and a method of manufacturing the same

A device for cooling a motor can improve motor cooling performance with multiple cooling channels formed in a stator core of the motor, allowing a coolant to flow in both directions therethrough. The device is capable of maximizing motor cooling performance in such a manner that two or more multiple cooling channels are formed in a stator core with a separate coolant inlet and outlet. The coolant moves in a straight line in different directions along each cooling channel to cool the stator core, and thus the temperature gradient of the coolant is minimized to cool the entire area of the motor evenly.

A stator of a motor has a structure including a plate portion coupled to a support structure for fixing a stator core and protrusions inserted into a bobbin. The support structure for fixing the stator core has a structure into which the protrusions of the stator core are inserted and extend into and on which the plate portion of the stator core is inserted and seated. The plate portion of the stator core is joined to the support structure while being coplanar with the support structure. Accordingly, the distance of a gap between the stator core of the stator and a permanent magnet of a rotor is minimized, thereby improving the performance of the motor.

An embodiment motor cooling apparatus includes a stator core including a plurality of metal plates made in a predetermined shape by lamination, an inlet channel formed from one side of the stator core and extending therethrough to a predetermined depth therein, a plurality of cooling channels branched from an internal end of the inlet channel and extending therefrom to either an upper side or a lower side of the stator core, and a cooling fluid supply apparatus configured to circulate cooling fluid from the inlet channel to the plurality of cooling channels.

A torque vectoring device for a vehicle is disclosed. The torque vectoring device includes: a differential; a first planetary gear set connected, at a first rotating element thereof, to a differential case of the differential; a second planetary gear set connected, at a first rotating element thereof, to a selected drive shaft that is one of two drive shafts coupled to the differential; a motor connected to a second rotating element of the first planetary gear set; and a selective fixing mechanism configured to selectively fix a second rotating element or a third rotating element of the second planetary gear set.

A transmission for a hybrid vehicle includes an input shaft connected to an engine, an output shaft disposed in parallel with the input shaft, a first hollow shaft installed on an outer peripheral surface of one side of the input shaft, a second hollow shaft installed on an outer peripheral surface of the other side of the input shaft, a first motor connected to the first hollow shaft, a second motor connected to the second hollow shaft, a first speed-shifting output part provided between the first hollow shaft and the output shaft, a second speed-shifting output part provided between the second hollow shaft and the output shaft, a first synchronizer synchronously connecting the first hollow shaft to the first speed-shifting output part, and a second synchronizer synchronously connecting the second hollow shaft to the second speed-shifting output part.

A transmission for a hybrid vehicle includes a planetary gear set including at least three rotary members of which one is connected to an engine. A first anti-rotator selectively restricts rotation of the rotary member connected to the engine. A first motor generator is connected to another one of the rotary members of the planetary gear set. A second motor generator is connected to the remaining one of the rotary members of the planetary gear set. An output shaft has a first output gear thereon, which is externally engaged with the rotary member connected to the first motor generator. A second anti-rotator selectively restricts rotation of the rotary member connected to the second motor generator.

A hybrid transmission for a vehicle may include an input shaft configured to receive a power of an engine transferred thereto, an input clutch configured to connect the input shaft to the engine or to intercept connection of the input shaft to the engine, a motor directly connected to the input shaft, a first output shaft and a second output shaft provided with a plurality of driven gears that are tooth-engaged with a plurality of drive gears installed on the input shaft to form a plurality of gear shift stages, and a power control device provided to switch the power of the engine that is transferred to the first output shaft or the second output shaft.
