The display apparatus includes a display configured to display an image on the front surface, a stand supporting the display, and a hinge device connecting the display to the stand such that the display may be tilted, wherein the hinge device includes a guide member formed on a rear surface of the display, a latch fixed to the stand and to slide along the guide member when the display is tilted, and a fixing member fixing the display not to move when an external force applied to the display is removed.
