Provided are a nanocomposite including a nano-drug delivery system; and aextract or a ginsenoside isolated therefrom, and a preparation method thereof, in which the nanocomposite may be used for the prevention or treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases. The metal nanocomposite of the present invention may be prepared in a uniform size without using an additional reducing agent or stabilizing agent in a significantly shortened time, as compared with known metal nanoparticles. Further, since the metal nanocomposite has high solubility in water and high targeting ability for cancer cells, it can be advantageously developed as drugs. Further, the metal nanocomposite exhibits high anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activities, and thus may be usefully applied to prevention or treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases. Furthermore, the metal nanocomposite exhibits anti-microbial activity, biofilm-degrading activity, and anti-coagulant activity, and thus may be applied to a variety of industrial fields.

The synthetic leather including a fiber base layer () including a microfiber nonwoven fabric, an urethane porous layer () formed on the fiber base layer, a polyurethane resin skin layer () formed on the urethane porous layer, and prepared by polymerizing an isocyanate compound and a polyol compound including polycarbonate-based polyol, fluorine-based polyol and ester-based polyol, and an adhesive layer () for adhering the urethane porous layer and the skin layer.
