A motor driving apparatus includes a motor an inverter driving the motor based on a switching signal, and a controller. The controller determines a current position estimated value of the motor by applying a zero-voltage vector pulse to the switching signal when entering the driving control of the motor, determines whether the motor is in a stop state according to an amount of change in the current position estimated value, and performs a pulse width modulation control by adjusting a duty ratio of the switching signal when the motor is determined to be in the stop state.

Disclosed herein is a method of controlling start/stop of a parallel fuel cell system, which, when controlling stop of a parallel fuel cell system in which two or more fuel cell systems are connected in parallel, considers operating state information of each fuel cell system, such as a current speed value of an air compressor and an opening degree of an air-exhaust-side air pressure valve of a fuel cell stack. An operation control system and method of a fuel cell vehicle are provided. The system includes a fuel cell, an air supply device operated by a motor, to supply air to the fuel cell and a sensing unit that senses an abnormal operation of the air supply device. A calculation unit calculates a lower-limit voltage of the air supply device required for normal operation of the air supply device when the sensing unit senses abnormal operation of the air supply device.
