A method of manufacturing a thin film array panel is provided, which includes: forming a gate line formed on a substrate; forming a gate insulating layer on the gate line; forming a semiconductor layer on the gate insulating layer; forming an ohmic contact layer on the semiconductor layer; forming a data line and a drain electrode disposed at least on the ohmic contact layer, forming an oxide on the data line; etching the ohmic contact layer using the data line and the drain electrode as an etch mask; and forming a pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode.

Thin film array panel and manufacturing method thereof

An automatic vision display apparatus has a flight object having a floating gas filled therein to fly, flying along a vertical wall surface and including a screen mounted at an opposite side to the vertical wall surface; a propulsion unit mounted at a predetermined position of the flight object and moving the flight object; a control unit mounted to the flight object and controlling the propulsion unit; a projector projecting an image on the screen of the flight object at a distance from the flight object; an adjusting unit adjusting an image projecting direction of the projector; and a main control unit controlling the projector to project the image and controlling the adjusting unit so that the projector tracks a movement of the flight object to project an image. According to the invention, it is possible to project an image while automatically tracking the screen of the flight object being flying. In addition, it is possible to correct a distortion of the projected when the screen of the flight object consists of the three dimensional curved surface.

Automatic vision display apparatus

First, a Cr film and a CrOx film are deposited and patterned using an etchant including 8-12% Ce(NH)(NO3), 10-20% NHand remaining ultra pure water to form a gate wire including a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of gate electrodes and a plurality of gate pads. Next, a gate insulating film, a semiconductor layer and an ohmic contact layer are formed in sequence. A Cr film and CrOx film are deposited in sequence and patterned using an etchant including 8-12% Ce(NH)(NO), 10-20% NHand remaining ultra pure water to form a data wire including a plurality of data lines, a plurality of source electrodes, a plurality of drain electrodes and a plurality of data pads. A passivation layer is deposited and patterned to form a plurality of contact holes respectively exposing the drain electrodes, the gate pads and the data pads. A transparent conductive material or a reflective conductive material is deposited and patterned to form a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of subsidiary gate pads and a plurality of subsidiary data pads electrically connected to the drain electrodes, the gate pads and the data pads, respectively. The gate lines and the data lines with low reflectance are used as a light-blocking film for blocking the light leakage between the pixel areas, and do not increase the black brightness. Accordingly, a separate black matrix need not be provided on the color filter panel, thereby securing both aperture ratio of the pixel and high contrast ratio.

Wire for a display device, a method for manufacturing the same, a thin film transistor array panel including the wire, and a method for manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a thin film array panel is provided, which includes: forming a gate line formed on a substrate; forming a gate insulating layer on the gate line; forming a semiconductor layer on the gate insulating layer; forming an ohmic contact layer on the semiconductor layer; forming a data line and a drain electrode disposed at least on the ohmic contact layer; forming an oxide on the data line; etching the ohmic contact layer using the data line and the drain electrode as an etch mask; and forming a pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode.

The present invention relates to a thin film transistor array panel, a liquid crystal display, and a manufacturing method of the same. A TFT array for a LCD or an EL display is used as a circuit board for driving the respective pixels in an independent manner. The present invention provides pixel electrodes and contact assistants, which connect expansions of gate lines and data lines to an external circuit, having a structure of double layers including IZO layer and ITO layer. The ITO layer is disposed on the IZO layer. In the present invention, the pixel electrodes are formed to have double layers of IZO layer and ITO layer to avoid wires from getting damage by the ITO etchant and to prevent prove pins from having accumulation of foreign body during the gross test. In the present invention, the contact assistants may only be formed to have double layers of IZO layer and ITO layer to prevent prove pins from having accumulation of foreign body during the gross test. Since the consumption of ITO is reduced, manufacturing cost decreases.

Thin film transistor array panel and method of manufacturing the same

Disclosed are a lamp, a method of fabricating the same and an LCD having the same. Electrode is disposed on an outer surface of a lamp tube, and an adhesive member is interposed between the electrode and the lamp tube. The adhesive member is hardened and expanded by means of heating, and adheres the electrode to the lamp tube. Thus, voids generated during forming the electrode on the outer surface is removed, and images having a high quality are obtained.

The present invention relates to a photoresist composition for an MMN (multi-micro nozzle) head coater, more particularly to a photoresist composition comprising a novolak resin with a molecular weight ranging from 2000 to 12,000, a diazide photoactive compound, an organic solvent, and a Si-based surfactant for use in liquid crystal display circuits. The photoresist composition for liquid crystal display circuits of the present invention solves the stain problem, which occurs in MMN head coaters used for large-scale substrate glass, and improves coating characteristics, so that it can be utilized industrially and is expected to significantly improve productivity.

Photoresist composition for multi-micro nozzle head coater

Gate lines including a lower Al&#x2014;Nd layer and an upper MoW layer, data lines including a MoW layer, and pixel electrodes including an IZO layer are patterned using a single etchant. The etchant contains a phosphoric acid of about 50-60%, a nitric acid of about 6-10%, an acetic acid of about 15-25%, a stabilizer of about 2-5% stabilizer, and deionized water. The stabilizer includes oxy-hydride inorganic acid represented by M(OH)L, where M includes at least one of Zn, Sn, Cr, Al, Ba, Fe, Ti, Si and B, L includes at least one of HO, NH, CN and NHR (where R is alkyl group), X is 2 or 3, and Y is 0, 1, 2 or 3.

The present invention relates to a photoresist composition having high heat resistance used in the production process of an LCD, and more particularly, to a photoresist composition having high heat resistance, capable of decreasing process tact (a way), of process simplification, and of the retrenchment of expenditures. The inventive composition facilitates this through making it possible to skip 5 processes, such as Cr metal deposition forming a metal film, and the photo/etch/PR strip/etch steps of the whole surface of the metal, by substituting the inventive composition for the usual metal film, such that Nion doping in production of TFT-LCD can take place due its high heat resistance.

A method of manufacturing a TFT array panel according to the present invention forms a gate wire on an insulating substrate. The gate wire includes a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of gate electrodes connected to the gate lines. A semiconductor layer and a gate insulating layer are sequentially formed and a data wire is formed thereon. The data wire includes a plurality of data lines intersecting the gate lines, a plurality of source electrodes connected to the data lines and placed close to the gate electrodes, and a plurality of drain electrodes opposite the source electrodes with respect to the gate electrodes. A lamp assembly for a liquid crystal display device includes a lamp tube for generating light, and electrodes each having a suitable shape for receiving end portions of the lamp tube. The lamp tube and the electrodes are combined to generate the light by applying electric power to the electrodes. The lamp assembly may include multiple lamp tubes having different brightness from each other, in which the brightness difference between the lamp tubes is compensated by uniformly diffusing the light generated from the lamp tubes.

Disclosed is a photoresist composition having a good sensitivity and residual layer characteristic and a method of forming a pattern using the same. The photoresist composition includes 5-30% by weight of a polymer resin, 2-10% by weight of a photosensitive compound, 0.1-10% by weight of a sensitivity enhancing agent, 0.1-10% by weight of a sensitivity restraining agent and 60-90% by weight of an organic solvent. A photoresist layer is formed by coating the photoresist composition on a substrate and then drying the coated photoresist composition. Then, thus obtained photoresist layer is exposed by using a mask having a predetermined pattern. Then, a photoresist pattern is formed by developing thus exposed photoresist layer. The photoresist pattern exhibits a uniform layer thickness and critical dimension.
