A heat exchanger unit according to the present disclosure includes a combustion chamber in which a flame caused by a combustion reaction is located, a heat exchanger for a condensing boiler, the heat exchanger being located under the combustion chamber and including heat exchange pipes that receive heat generated by the combustion reaction and heat heating-water flowing through the heat exchange pipes and a main case having the heat exchange pipes accommodated in an interior space thereof, and a combustion chamber heat insulation pipe that is disposed adjacent to the combustion chamber and that receives the heating-water and allows the heating-water to flow therethrough to thermally insulate the combustion chamber.

The present invention relates to a smoke tube boiler including: a mix chamber which includes a mixing space in which combustion gas and air are mixed, a mix chamber body having a flat shape, and a flat plate-shaped burner disposed in a horizontal direction above a combustion chamber; and a heat exchanger which includes an outer shell forming an outer wall of a water tank into and from which a heat medium is introduced and discharged and which accommodates the heat medium, a plurality of tubes formed in a flat shape that are configured to allow combustion gas generated in the combustion chamber to flow therein and cause a heat exchange to occur between the combustion gas and the heat medium flowing outside the tubes, turbulators coupled to an inner side of the tube and configured to induce occurrence of a turbulent flow in the flow of the combustion gas, and multi-stage barriers disposed between the outer shell and the tube and configured to induce a heat medium flow direction to be alternately changed between a radially inward direction and a radially outward direction.

A trap apparatus of condensate water according to the present invention comprises: a neutralizing part including an inlet through which condensate water is introduced, an internal space for containing a neutralizing agent for neutralizing the introduced condensate water, and a condensate water passage through which the condensate water that was neutralized by the neutralizing agent in the internal space is discharged; a discharge part including a storage space for storing the condensate water which is directly or indirectly introduced through the condensate water passage, an outlet which is open in a circular shape so as to discharge the stored condensate water, and a spherical ball capable of closing the outlet by being seated on the outlet, wherein the ball is spaced from the outlet by buoyancy of the condensate water when the condensate water is contained in the storage space above a critical water level, such that the condensate water can be discharged through the outlet, and the condensate water can be neutralized simultaneously with discharging of only the condensate water without exhaust gas.
