A connection jig comprises: a first output terminal and a second output terminal for connecting to signal lines of the measuring instrument; a jig body having the shape of a plate-shaped block, into which the small connector can be inserted, and having an insertion hole penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface of the plate-shaped block; a printed circuit board for a jig that can be inserted into the lower surface of the plate-shaped block and has a signal pattern that can be electrically connected to the small connector accommodated in the insertion hole; a lower cover detachably attached to the lower surface of the jig body and fixing the printed circuit board for the jig to the jig body; and an upper cover attachable to and detachable from the upper surface of the jig body and fixing the small connector to the jig body.

A plug connector according to the present invention is slidably inserted into a receptacle connector, and includes a signal pin having one side in electrical contact with one side of a signal line of a cable; a shield can electrically spaced apart from the signal pin and surrounding the signal pin such that a lower surface of the other side of the signal pin is exposed; a first insulating member coupled to the signal pin to insulate the signal pin and the shield can from each other; and a plug shell surrounding the shield can such that the lower surface of the other side of the signal pin is exposed.

A connector assembly includes a first signal pin formed to be in contact with a signal line of a circuit board; a first insulator surrounding the first signal pin; and a first housing accommodating the first signal pin and the first insulator and having a hole at a rear thereof corresponding to the first signal pin, wherein the first housing includes at least one clamping arm disposed on at least one side of the hole, protruding to a rear of the first housing, and having a lower surface formed to be in contact with an upper surface of the circuit board and the connector assembly further includes a ground plate disposed below the clamping arm and having an upper surface formed to be in contact with a lower surface of the circuit board; a clamping plate movably disposed below the ground plate; and a fastening member.

A connector assembly according to the present invention includes a receptacle connector; and a plug connector to be slidably inserted into the receptacle connector, wherein the plug connector includes a signal pin having one side in electrical contact with a signal line of a cable, a shield can formed to enclose the signal pin so that a lower surface of the other side of the signal pin is exposed and to be electrically spaced apart from the signal pin, a first insulating member coupled to the signal pin to insulate between the signal pin and the shield can, and a plug shell enclosing the shield can so as to expose the lower surface of the other side of the signal pin.
