An energy regeneration device of a suspension system for a vehicle is provided and includes a suspension link connecting a wheel carrier to a vehicle body and a bush unit disposed between a vehicle body connection portion of the suspension link and the vehicle body, outputs hinge motion of the suspension link via an output gear. A rotation fixing mechanism rotates the output gear by connecting the output gear to a side of the suspension link. A one-way power transmission mechanism connected with the output gear receives the hinge motion via an input gear and outputs one-way rotational power. A generator generates electricity while being rotated by the transmitted one-way rotational power. A speed-up mechanism disposed between the generator and the one-way power transmission mechanism transmits the one-way rotational power to the generator. An electronic control suspension (ECS) system for vehicles is provided. The ECS system includes a strut assembly which is coupled to a vehicle body, and a lower portion of which is inserted through the housing so as to absorb the rocking from the wheel. A vehicle-height control module converts a rotating force of a motor to a linear motion of the strut assembly when the rotating force of the motor is provided to a screw section thereof surrounding the stmt assembly. This allows the strut assembly to be vertically moved relative to the housing, thereby controlling the height of a vehicle.

An active roll control system that may be adapted to actively control roll stiffness of a vehicle by adjusting a mounting position of a stabilizer link connecting a suspension arm with a stabilizer bar of the vehicle on the suspension arm according to a driving condition of vehicle may include a driving unit which including a housing connected with a side of the suspension arm, a rail plate disposed within the housing, and a connector movable along the rail plate, and a stabilizer link of which one end may be connected with an end of the stabilizer bar and the other end may be connected with the connector through a first joint.

An active roll control device utilizes a driving torque to move a suspension arm side connection point of a stabilizer link that connects both sides of a stabilizer bar with a suspension arm along a sliding unit such that roll of a vehicle is actively controlled. The sliding unit includes a linear shaft that extends in a vehicle width direction in a housing on the suspension arm, a linear bushing into which the linear shaft is inserted to be slidably moved along the linear shaft in the housing, and a bushing housing that is fixed on an external circumference of the linear bushing, a double ball joint is fixed on an inner side thereof to connect the bushing housing, and the double ball joint is connected to a drive shaft of the drive source through one end of a push rod and a lower end of the stabilizer link.

An active roll control device varies a position of a stabilizer link connecting a stabilizer bar with a suspension arm such that torsion rigidity of the stabilizer bar is varied to actively control the roll. A penetrating slot is formed in the suspension arm and may include a sliding unit that includes a rail plate disposed in a housing disposed at a lower side of the penetrating slot along a vehicle width direction and connects a connector that is movably disposed on the rail plate with a lower end of the stabilizer link to guide the stabilizer link along a width direction of the vehicle, and a drive unit having a lead screw as a rotation shaft through a three joint mounting portion that engages a screw connector connected to a hinge portion of the stabilizer link to transfer a driving torque to the stabilizer link.

A shock absorber apparatus for a vehicle may include a piston installed within a cylinder to be moved along a lengthwise direction of the cylinder and separating the cylinder into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, a piston rod installed to pass through the cylinder and connected to the piston, wherein the piston rod has an oil flow space therein, and a valve mechanism installed on the piston rod and operated to be opened and closed to selectively connect the upper chamber of the cylinder and the oil flow space of the piston rod.

An active roll control system (ARCS) can actively control roll of a stabilizer bar connected to a pair of upper arms mounted respectively at both sides of a vehicle body through stabilizer links. The system may include a rail plate mounted in a space formed by bending a middle portion of the suspension arm, a connector having a screw hole and a connecting end that is connected to the stabilizer link, upper and lower portions of the connector being movable along the rail plate, a drive motor coupled to the suspension arm and provided with a screw shaft, wherein the connector is movable along the rail plate, and a cover covering the space in a state of being coupled with the rail plate and having a slot formed at a lower surface thereof, wherein the stabilizer link being inserted in and movable along the slot.
