An inductor component that includes a core that includes a substantially column-shaped shaft part and a pair of support parts at both ends of the shaft part; terminal electrodes that are respectively provided on the pair of support parts; and a wire that is wound around the shaft part and has end portions that are respectively connected to the terminal electrodes on the pair of support parts. The inductor component exhibits an impedance value of 2100Ω or higher for an input signal having a frequency of 500 MHz.

Inductor component

A wire-wound inductor component includes a core having a columnar shaft portion, first and second support portions provided on first and second end portions of the shaft portion, first and second terminal electrodes provided on the respective support portions, a wire wound around the shaft portion, and a cover member covering an upper surface of the shaft portion. In a height direction of the core, a distance between an upper surface and a top surface of the support portions is a top surface step, and a distance between a lower surface of the shaft portion and a bottom surface of the support portions is a bottom surface step. The top surface step is smaller than the bottom surface step and larger than a wire diameter, and a distance between the upper surface and an uppermost surface of the wire is larger than half of the top surface step.

Wire-wound inductor component

A wire-wound inductor component includes a core including an axial portion that extends in an axial direction and is pillar-shaped and a first support and a second support disposed respectively on a first end and a second end in the axial direction of the axial portion; a first terminal electrode and a second terminal electrode disposed respectively on a bottom face of the first support and a bottom face of the second support; a wire wound around the axial portion, with first and second end portions of the wire being connected respectively to the first and second terminal electrodes; and a cover member that covers at least part of the wire on an upper face of the axial portion and has a terminal indentation depth of 0.85 &#x3bc;m or more. The adhesive strength of a top face of the cover member is less than or equal to 3.28 gf/mm.

The wire wound inductor component includes a core including a columnar shaft portion extending in a first direction and first and second support portions at both end portions of the shaft portion, first and second terminal electrodes provided respectively on the first and second support portions, and a wire wound around the shaft portion. A distance between an upper surface of the shaft portion and a top surface of the first and second support portions in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction is defined as a top surface step, and a distance between a lower surface of the shaft portion and a bottom surface of the first and second support portions in the second direction is defined as a bottom surface step. The top and bottom surface steps are identical with each other, and the top and bottom surface steps are less than or equal to 50 &#x3bc;m.

Wire wound inductor component

An inductor component comprises a core including a substantially column-shaped shaft and a support formed on an end portion of the shaft, and a terminal electrode formed on the support. The terminal electrode includes a side electrode section on a side face of the support and an end electrode section on an end face of the support. An end portion of the end electrode section adjacent to the side face is higher than an end portion of the side electrode section adjacent to the end face.

An inductor includes a core, first and second terminal electrodes, a wire, and a cover member. The core includes a shaft portion and first and second support portions. The wire includes a wound portion wound around the shaft portion, first and second connection end portions connected to the first and second terminal electrodes, respectively, a first wiring portion between the wound portion and the first connection end portion, and a second wiring portion between the wound portion and the second connection end portion. The cover member covers a top surface of the shaft portion. The first wiring portion and the second wiring portion are at least partly covered by the cover member.

Inductor

An inductor includes a core including a columnar shaft and a support on an end portion of the shaft, a terminal electrode disposed on the support, and a wire wound around the shaft and having an end portion connected to the terminal electrode. The terminal electrode includes a bottom surface electrode on a bottom surface of the support and an end surface electrode on an end surface of the support. The end surface electrode includes an end portion in a width direction of the end surface and a central portion in the width direction of the end surface. The central portion is positioned higher than the end portion.

An inductor includes a core including a columnar shaft and a pair of supports on respective end portions of the shaft, a terminal electrode disposed on each support, and a wire wound around the shaft and having two end portions connected to the terminal electrodes, corresponding to the two end portions, on the supports. In the inductor, an impedance is approximately 500&#x3a9; or higher with respect to an input signal having a frequency of approximately 3.6 GHz.

An electronic component includes a core, a first outer electrode, a second outer electrode, one or more third outer electrodes, and a wire electrically connecting the first outer electrode, the third electrodes, and the second outer electrode in series in that order. The wire forms a first inductor by being wound on the core between the first outer electrode and one of the third electrodes, and also forms a second inductor by being wound on the core between one of the third outer electrodes and the second outer electrode.
