A communication system includes a server and a terminal device. In a memory of the server, first identification information is correlated to a plurality of sets of user information and a plurality of sets of restriction information. After receiving the target user information and identification information identifying the image processing apparatus, a server side controller acquires and transmits to the terminal device target restriction information.
