A negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery, including silicon oxide particles, wherein the silicon oxide has a full width at half maximum peak ranging between 2 and 6 in a particle size distribution and the silicon oxide particles have an average particle size (D50) of 1 μm to 20 μm, and a negative electrode and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The negative electrode active material according to the disclosure has outstanding life performance and output performance.

Provided is a negative electrode active material including secondary particles assembled from silicon composite primary particles represented by Mg—SiO(0<x<2) and artificial graphite primary particles, wherein the secondary particles assembled from silicon composite primary particles and artificial graphite primary particles are surface-coated with an amorphous carbon coating layer. The lithium secondary battery using the negative electrode active material can retain conductivity even after charge/discharge and can be prevented from degradation of cycle characteristic.

A negative electrode including: a negative electrode current collector; and a negative electrode active material layer on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector. The negative electrode is pre-lithiated and the negative electrode active material layer includes a silicon-based material and a carbonaceous material. In addition, a graphene sheet having 2 layers to 15 layers is on the negative electrode active material layer. The negative electrode is advantageous in terms of storage and safety. The present disclosure relates to a negative electrode material that may be used as a negative electrode active material. The negative electrode material includes a silicon oxide material containing a metal (M)-silicate and a carbonaceous material. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the negative electrode material may include the silicon oxide material containing a metal (M)-silicate and the carbonaceous material mixed with each other at a predetermined ratio. The negative electrode active material according to the present disclosure comprises a composite of a carbonaceous material having a broad particle size distribution with a metal-silicate, and thus provides improved electrical conductivity and life characteristics.

The lithium secondary battery shows improved adhesion between the negative electrode active material layer and the current collector, and provides improved battery performance.

Negative electrode for lithium secondary battery and lithium secondary battery comprising same

Disclosed is an anode for a lithium secondary battery, including a carbon-based anode active material, a binder and a conductive polymer, wherein the conductive polymer is in fiber form. A lithium secondary battery including the anode is also provided. As the anode for a lithium secondary battery includes a conductive polymer in fiber form, poor conductivity, which is a problem with a carbon-based anode active material, can be overcome, and the anode can be easily manufactured.
