A display device includes a first voltage line disposed in a first metal layer on a substrate and extending in a first direction, a first transistor including a source electrode disposed in an active layer on the first metal layer and a gate electrode disposed in a second metal layer on the active layer, the first transistor being electrically connected to the first voltage line, a first connection electrode disposed in the second metal layer and integrally formed with the gate electrode of the first transistor, a cover pattern disposed in the second metal layer and spaced apart from the first connection electrode in the first direction, and a first capacitor including a first capacitor electrode disposed in the active layer and electrically connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, and a second capacitor electrode disposed in the first metal layer and electrically connected to the source electrode of the first transistor. A first side of the cover pattern and a first side of the first connection electrode facing each other overlap the first capacitor electrode in a plan view.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate, a first wiring layer, a second wiring layer, a data fan-out, and a data flexible printed circuit board. The substrate has a display area and a peripheral area. The first wiring layer transfers a gate signal in the display area. The second wiring layer transfers a data voltage in the display area. The data fan-out has a first data fan-out wire connected to the second wiring layer. The data flexible printed circuit board is electrically connected to the first data fan-out wire in the peripheral area. The first data fan-out wire includes a first zigzag portion having a zigzag shape and a first straight portion that extends from the first zigzag portion. A width of the first straight portion is larger than a width of the first zigzag portion.

Display device and method for fabricating the same

A display device may include a display panel and a scan driving unit. The display panel may include a display area and a non-display. The display area may include scan lines, data lines, and pixels connected to the scan lines and the data lines. The non-display area may abut the display area and may include data connection lines. The data connection lines may be respectively connected to the data lines. The scan driving unit may include scan stages and auxiliary stages. The scan stages may be disposed on the display area and may be electrically connected to the scan lines for providing scan signals through the scan lines to the pixels. The auxiliary stages may be disposed on the non-display area, may include auxiliary transistors, and may provide carry signals to one or more of the scan stages. Some of the auxiliary transistors overlap the data connection lines.

A display device comprises a first substrate including a first contact hole, fan-out lines included in a first metal layer on the first substrate, first and second pad parts exposed to a lower portion of the first substrate, a display layer disposed on the fan-out lines, and a flexible film disposed below the first substrate, inserted into the first contact hole, and electrically connected to the first and second pad parts. There is provided a display device comprises a substrate; a circuit layer; and an element layer. The element layer comprises light emitting elements disposed in emission areas of a display area of the substrate, and light sensing elements disposed in light sensing areas of the display area. The circuit layer comprises light emitting pixel drivers electrically connected to the light emitting elements; light sensing pixel drivers electrically connected to the light sensing elements; data lines electrically connected to the light emitting pixel drivers; first dummy lines extending in a first direction; second dummy lines extending in parallel with the data lines; and a reset control line electrically connected to the light sensing pixel drivers, extending in the first direction, transmitting a reset control signal for resetting the light sensing pixel drivers, and overlapping at least some of the first dummy lines.

A display device includes gate lines and data lines in a display area, pixels in the display area and electrically connected to the gate lines, the data lines, a first power source line, and a second power source line, a driving circuit supplying gate signals and data signals to the gate lines and the data lines, and including a first circuit element disposed in the display area between the pixels, and a conductive pattern disposed in the display area, overlapping the first circuit element, and electrically connected to the second power source line.
