An embodiment power conversion device for electric vehicles includes a battery, a relay circuit connected to a charging/discharging outlet through first power lines, a power factor correction circuit connected to the relay circuit through second power lines between the relay circuit and the battery, a discharging outlet connected to branch lines branched from each of the second power lines, and a controller configured to control the relay circuit and the power factor correction circuit such that power from the battery is supplied to a load using asymmetric power or to a load using symmetric power connected to the discharging outlet.

A manufacturing device of a fuel cell component includes an MEA unwinder on which a fabric panel is rolled. An MEA including an electrolyte membrane and an electrode is disposed on a protective film. The device includes a movement device configured to load a gas diffusion layer from a magazine when the gas diffusion layer is loaded to an inlet of a conveyor and unload the gas diffusion layer from an outlet side of the conveyor. An apparatus for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell is provided. The apparatus includes a sub-gasket feeding unit that forms first electrode windows, unrolls a first sub-gasket sheet, and supplies the sheet to a transfer line. An electrode membrane loading unit installed over the transfer line forms electrode catalyst layers on both faces of an electrolyte membrane, collects the electrode membrane sheet cut, and loads the sheets onto first electrode windows. A system for inspecting quality of a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) of a fuel cell includes a bonding device configured to bond the MEA and a gas diffusion layer (GDL) to manufacture a bonded unit thereof. A transfer device adsorbs one surface of the bonded unit to transfer the bonded unit. An inspection device is disposed on one side of the bonded unit transferred by the transfer device and inspects an outer appearance of the bonded unit. A reversing device places the bonded unit thereon by the transfer device and reverses the bonded unit vertically. A loading and lifting device loads the bonded unit thereon after being transferred by the transfer device and adjusts a loading height.

The transducer includes a multi-loop coil including two or more looped coil portions that are connected to each other, wherein the looped coil portions are located on top of a rod member, and the looped coil portions form magnetic fields on the surface of the rod member in a direction parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod member; and one or more magnets that are arranged to form a static magnetic field on the surface of the rod member, whereon the surface of the rod member a dynamic magnetic field is formed by the multi-loop coils in the direction parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod member, even partially in a direction parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod member.
