Disclosed is a method for extracting high-purity polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) from salmon testes, including 1) separating semen and immature testicular regions from the testes of a salmonid fish, 2) gently grinding the immature testicular regions, followed by dilution with an artificial seminal plasma, 3) treating the dilution with a predetermined concentration of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) to induce artificial sexual maturation of the testicular cells to sperm, 4) centrifuging the testicular dilution after the passage of a predetermined time from the hCG treatment and collecting potentially motile sperm, and 5) extracting PDRN from the collected sperm. The method enables the production of raw materials for PDRN with a 100- to 200-fold higher purity from 20 mL (a maximum of 50 mL) of sperm (semen) collected at one time from a salmonid fish. In addition, the method enables the extraction of PDNR in high yield in a cost-effective and economically viable manner.

Disclosed herein is a wireless communication method for a magnetic field communication network. The wireless communication method is performed by a coordinator on the magnetic field communication network. In accordance with the aspect of the present invention, there is provided a demodulator for simultaneous multi-node receiving which comprises: a clock generator for generating a pair of CW signals and a pair of demodulating modules, wherein the demodulating modules comprise a mixer for multiplying received signals and one of the CW signals, an integrator for integrating multiplied signal and data operating unit for calculating variation result of integrated signal at every certain symbol duration and deciding output data in accordance with the variation result.

Demodulator for simultaneous multi-node receiving and the method thereof

The present invention provides an efficient data transmission method in BLUETOOTH broadcasting. The method of BLUETOOTH broadcasting generates a first broadcast packet and determines whether a slot is included in an access window. In a case where the slot is not included in the access window, a service interface (SI) information value is set to the assignment information of the slot. The first broadcast packet is then transmitted. A second broadcast packet is then generated and it is determined whether a slot is included in the access window. If the slot is not included in the access window, the SI information value is set to zero. The second broadcast packet is then transmitted. A slave receives the broadcast packets and obtains the SI information values. It is then determined whether the slave transmits data at the next odd numbered slot.
