Provided is a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes: a core portion configured to have a cooling water channel provided therein; a housing configured to have a concave shape to have the core portion inserted thereinto so that the core portion is housed therein and have one side provided with an air inlet into which air is introduced and the other side provided with an air outlet through which the air is discharged; and a sealing member configured to be interposed between an outer side of the core portion and an inner side of the housing to seal between the core portion and the housing, thereby preventing air from being bypassed between the core portion and the housing to improve heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange performance.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger in which a connecting part may be coupled to a header tank of the heat exchanger in the short term without using a separate coupling component before a brazing process is performed, and a coupling method of a connecting part thereof. The connecting part is coupled to a first header tank or a second header tank while surrounding a predetermined region of an outer peripheral surface of the first header tank or the second header tank, a region of the connecting part to which external force is locally applied being coupled to the first header tank or the second header tank while protruding together with the first header tank or the second header tank.

Heat exchanger and coupling method of connecting part thereof

Disclosed herein is an exhaust gas cooler. The exhaust gas cooler may include a heat exchange pipe received in cooling water of an engine, and through which exhaust gas of the engine passes to exchange heat with the cooling water, and a plate configured to mount the heat exchange pipe to the engine. The heat exchange pipe may include a first pipe unit communicating with an inlet hole for exhaust gas and changing a flow direction of exhaust gas drawn from the inlet hole, a second pipe unit communicating with the first pipe unit, and a third pipe unit communicating with an exhaust gas return hole and the second pipe and changing a flow direction of exhaust gas to guide the exhaust gas to the return hole. A heat dissipation fin may be provided in an internal passage of the second pipe unit.

Exhaust gas cooler

Provided is a heat exchanger, and more particularly, a heat exchanger including a pair of header tanks formed in parallel, spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, a plurality of tubes having both ends fixed to the pair of header tanks to form a channel for a heat exchange medium; a plurality of fins fixed to abut between the tubes, and a plurality of louvers formed at the fins to contact air passing through the circumference of the fins, in which the louvers are formed to be asymmetrical to each other based on a center in a width direction of the fin or louver columns formed at one side or the other side of the fin in an asymmetrical form are alternately formed in a length direction of the fins to improve a flow of cooling air, thereby improving a heat radiation performance.
