A work vehicle includes: a travel device; a battery; a motor configured to supply motive power to the travel device; an inverter configured to enable the motor to operate; a first storage section configured to store a first coolant; and a second storage section configured to store a second coolant. The first coolant in the first storage section is supplied to the motor by the first pump, and returns from the motor to the first storage section, and the second coolant in the second storage section is supplied to the inverter by the second pump, and returns from the inverter to the second storage section.

A liquid cooling structure for a motor includes: a casing; an end plate provided at a cylinder end of the casing; a stator; a rotor; and a substantially cylindrical bulkhead extending along a direction of extension of an axis passing through a center of the stator from an inner surface of the end plate such that the bulkhead faces an inner peripheral surface of the casing with a gap therebetween to allow coolant to flow through the gap. The casing has a coolant inlet passing through the casing to guide externally supplied coolant to the gap, the stator includes a stator core having teeth protruding from the inner peripheral portion of the stator core, and coils wound around the respective teeth, and the bulkhead has nozzle hole portions passing therethrough to allow the coolant flowing in the gap to be ejected to an interior space defined by the bulkhead.

Liquid cooling structure for motor

A working machine includes a working device, a hydraulic system including an actuator, and a hydraulic pump to supply a hydraulic fluid to the actuator, an electric device, a power generator to generate electric power to be directly or indirectly supplied to the electric device, a first cooling system to cool the electric device with a first cooling medium, and a second cooling system to cool the power generator with a second cooling medium. The first cooling system includes a first heat exchanger to cool the hydraulic fluid through heat exchange with the first cooling medium, a second heat exchanger to cool the second cooling medium through heat exchange with the first cooling medium, and a third heat exchanger to cool the first cooling medium through heat exchange with outside air to a temperature lower than temperatures before the heat exchange of the hydraulic fluid and the second cooling medium.

Working machine

A hybrid transmission includes an electric transmission and a gear transmission. The electric transmission includes a first motor generator and a second motor generator. The second motor generator is on a side of the first motor generator on which side the gear transmission is located. An output transmission to transmit the output from the second motor generator to the gear transmission is on the side of the second motor generator on which side the gear transmission is located.

A work vehicle includes: a travel device supporting a body; a battery; a motor configured to supply motive power to the travel device; an inverter configured to enable the motor to operate; a cabin supported by the body and housing a driving section that includes a driver seat; and an air conditioner configured to condition air inside the cabin. The inverter is inside the cabin.

A work vehicle includes: a front wheel; a rear travel device; a travel body supported by the front wheel and the rear travel device; a driving section provided in the travel body and having an occupant floor section; a travel power transmission device configured to transmit power to the rear travel device; at least one electric motor coupled to the travel power transmission device; a first inverter connected to the at least one electric motor; and a second inverter connected to the at least one electric motor.

A rotating electrical machine includes a stator, a rotor located radially inward of the stator and being rotatable, and an input member including an input shaft through which rotation power is inputted into the rotor, wherein the input member includes an internally toothed gear portion to rotate as the input shaft rotates, and the rotor includes first external teeth to mesh with the internally toothed gear portion. The rotating electrical machine preferably includes an output member including an output shaft through which rotation power is outputted from the rotor, the input member preferably includes an externally toothed gear portion to rotate as the input shaft rotates, and the output member includes second external teeth to mesh with the externally toothed gear portion.

Rotating electrical machine

A hybrid system includes an engine, a generator to be driven by the engine, an electric actuator to be driven by electricity generated by the generator, a transmission to transmit power from the engine, a hydraulic pump to receive power from the engine through the transmission to deliver hydraulic fluid, and a hydraulic actuator to be driven by the hydraulic fluid. The transmission includes a first transmission path to transmit power from the engine to the hydraulic pump when a rotational speed of the engine is a first rotational speed, and a second transmission path to transmit power from the engine to the hydraulic pump at a speed change ratio at which a rotational speed is increased to a greater degree than at a speed change ratio of the first transmission path when the rotational speed of the engine is a second rotational speed lower than the first rotational speed.

Hybrid system and working machine including hybrid system

A power transmission mechanism includes an engine including a crankshaft, a flywheel connected to the crankshaft, an electric motor including a rotor to rotate together with a rotary shaft, a damper connected to the rotary shaft and the flywheel, and a driven machine to receive power from the engine and/or the electric motor. The damper is located between the engine and the electric motor in an axial direction of the rotary shaft.

Power transmission mechanism

A spreader device includes a container to contain spread substance, a first spreader portion having a first rotor to spray the spread substance contained in the container, a second spreader portion having a second rotor to spray the spread substance contained in the container, a first driver source to drive the first rotor, a first shaft to transmit a driving force outputted from the first driver source, a second shaft to transmit a driving force outputted from a second driver source different from the first driver source, and a selection transmitter portion to selectively transmit the driving force form the first shaft and the driving force from the second shaft to the first rotor or the second rotor.

Spreader device

A water jacket is attempted to include a means to provide high heat transfer between coolant and a side wall of a cooling passage to increase a heat transfer capacity thereof. A liquid-cooled motor includes a motor case, a motor provided in the motor case, a motor housing provided in the motor case, and a water jacket provided in the motor housing, the water jacket having a circular shape to allow coolant to flow in a circumferential direction. The water jacket includes a cooling passage in which the coolant flows, the cooling passage having a passage width reduced gradually, a coolant supply port to supply the coolant to the cooling passage, and a coolant drain port to drain the coolant from the cooling passage.

A working device to be connected to a traveling vehicle having a prime mover, the working device being configured to perform an agricultural work, includes a working portion to rotate to perform an agricultural work, an electric motor to be driven by electric power, a power transmission mechanism to which power generated by the electric motor is inputted, configured to transmit the power to the working portion; and a regeneration resistor to consume a regenerative power generated in the electric motor, the regeneration resistor being arranged at a position to be cooled by wind generated by rotation of the working portion.

Working device and working machine having the same

A fluid cooled motor includes a stator, a rotor disposed in the stator rotatably in a circumferential direction, and a stator coil wound on the stator, the stator coil having coil ends extending in an axial direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction. The rotor has a rotor core and annular end plates fixed to axial ends of the rotor core, the annular end plates opposing to the coil ends of the stator coil and being rotatable with the rotor in the circumferential direction. Each of the end plates includes a plurality of flow passages to guide a cooling fluid from an inlet to an outlet thereof in a radially outward direction. Each of the flow passages extends from the inlet to the outlet, and inclines or curves to a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the rotor with respect to a radial direction.

A hybrid power transmission mechanism includes an engine; a motor/generator having a rotor and a stator; a driven machine; a planetary gear mechanism having a sun gear, an internal gear drivingly connected to the rotor, a planetary gear, and a planetary carrier shaft including first and second extension shaft parts extending from the planetary gear in opposite directions; a first clutch switchable between a state of allowing transmission of power between the first shaft and the internal gear and a state of not allowing transmission of power therebetween; and a second clutch switchable between a state of allowing rotation of the sun gear and a state of not allowing rotation thereof. A first shaft that outputs power of the engine and a second shaft that inputs power to the driven machine are drivingly connected to the first and second extension shaft parts of the planetary carrier shaft, respectively.
