A wafer test system includes a cabinet housing multiple instruments, a test head having multiple pin modules, and cable connecting at least some of the instruments to the pin modules. The cabinet has at least one front door, left and right side panels, a rear door, a ceiling unit, and a bottom unit. Each of the instruments has a front surface, left and right side surfaces, and a rear surface. At least some of the instruments each include at least one first connection terminal. The cabinet further includes a first space defined between the at least one front door and the front surface of each of the instruments, and a second space defined between the rear door and the front surface of each of the instruments. The first space and the second space are separated in the cabinet to separate intake air and exhaust air of the instruments.

A light-emitting device which comprises as one unit a semiconductor light-emitting element; a first liquid for condensing the light from the semiconductor light-emitting element; a second liquid that is separate from but contacts the first liquid; an airtight space in which at least first liquid and second liquid are disposed; and first and second electrodes to which voltage is applied so as to change the shape of the interface between first liquid and second liquid and adjust the condensed state of the light from semiconductor light-emitting element.

Light-emitting device and method of making same

A light source having first and second component light sources, a mixing device, and a controller is disclosed. The first component light source generates light having a perceived color that can be varied within a predetermined two-dimensional region of the CIE 1976 color space in response to a set of color control signals. The second component light source generates white light. The mixing device combines light from the first and second component light sources to produce an output light signal having a perceived output color. The controller generates the set of color control signals in response to an input signal from a source external to the light source, the controller maintaining the perceived output color at a point in the CIE 1976 color space determined by the input signal.

Efficient solid state light source for generating light in a limited region of the color space

A color sensor for measuring light from a light source and the method for fabricating the color sensor. The color sensor includes a plurality of photodetectors, a plurality of primary color filters and a trim filter. Each primary color filter includes a layer of material between the light source and a corresponding one of the photodetectors. Each primary color filter preferentially transmits light in a corresponding band of wavelengths about a characteristic wavelength. The trim filter is located between the light source and the photodetectors and includes a layer of material that preferentially attenuates light at a first trim wavelength between two of the characteristic wavelengths. In one embodiment, the trim filter further preferentially attenuates light at a second trim wavelength, the first wavelength being less than one of the characteristic wavelengths and the second wavelength being greater than that characteristic wavelength.
