Techniques are described with respect to a system, method, and computer product for generating relevance alerts. An associated method includes analyzing a multi-party discussion based on a generated profile associated with a user and assigning at least one relevance value associated with the user to the multi-party discussion based on the analysis and an amount of multi-party discussion participation associated with the user. The method further includes generating an alert for the user to participate in the multi-party discussion in response to determining the relevance value exceeding a relevance threshold associated with the multi-party discussion.

Generating alerts on demand for participants in multiparty discussion channels

Optimizing a user experience during transition to an updated user interface includes using a computer processor to capture a user experience of a user's interaction with a program based on migration of the user interface from a current version of a page layout associated with the user to a new version of the page layout associated with the user. Disparity events experienced by the user while transitioning from the current version of the page layout to the new version of the page layout are analyzed, and a recommendation report of changes to the user interface is generated and sent to a developer associated with the new version of the page layout. An updated page layout reflecting modifications may then be received based on the recommendation report.

Software user experience transition assistance

An embodiment establishes an interaction database based at least in part on interaction data representative of user engagement with a set of features of an application. The embodiment measures user engagement with each feature of the set of features. The embodiment calculates a familiarity score for each feature of the set of features based at least in part on measured user engagement. The embodiment constructs a subset of features of the set of features, wherein the subset of features is characterized by low familiarity score. The embodiment generates at least one recommendation to utilize at least one feature of the subset of features. The embodiment assesses a focal state of a user based on a focal state indicator metric. The embodiment displays the recommendation on a user device at an optimal time, wherein the optimal time is based at least in part on the focal state of the user.

Digital feature monitoring and recommendation

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to virtual keyboard input management. An input can be received from a user on a virtual keyboard with multiple keyboard modes, the virtual keyboard having one or more controls for toggling between the multiple keyboard modes. A determination can be made whether a control for toggling between the multiple keyboard modes was unintentionally activated or unintentionally not activated by the user resulting in an unintentional input. An intended input can be determined in response to determining that the control for toggling between the multiple keyboard modes was unintentionally activated or unintentionally not activated by the user resulting in the unintentional input. The determined intended input can then be input instead of the unintentional input.

Virtual keyboard interface input management

A system including at least one interface configured to receive data from and transmit data to a first computing device of a plurality of computing devices involved in a virtual online meeting through an external application, and a processor communicatively coupled to the at least one interface. The processor is configured to receive, via the at least one interface, a request from the first computing device of the plurality of computing devices via a voice command of the request to change a display of a shared content of the virtual online meeting on the first computing device, and output instructions to a virtual assistant that is communicatively coupled to the first computing device to change the display of the shared content on the first computing device.

Content viewing guidance in an online meeting

A computer-implemented method for automatically recommending an online meeting reconnection time for one or more online meeting participants that are disconnected. The method collects disconnection information for one or more online meeting participants over time as historical data. The method constructs a predictive model for the one or more online meeting participants based on the historical data and predicts a reconnection time for the one or more online meeting participants based on the predictive model. The method notifies the one or more online meeting participants when a disconnected participant is expected to return online and updates the online meeting agenda if the disconnected participant's reconnection time exceeds a predefined threshold.

Smarter collaborative conferences

Monitoring a set of virtual users during performance testing and reporting virtual user operations data to ensure an ongoing and constant transactions per second load and providing test result data with evidence of constant transactions per second (TPS) during the test. Generating and executing performance tests under constant TPS includes restarting virtual users that are terminated during the performance tests.

In an approach to assisting users of a collaborative meeting platform, one or more computer processors detect a start of a collaborative meeting. One or more computer processors monitor one or more activities of the collaborative meeting. Based on the one or more activities of the collaborative meeting, one or more computer processors detect a trigger for assistance with a user interface of the collaborative meeting. One or more computer processors retrieve one or more correlated actions associated with the trigger. One or more computer processors perform at least one of the one or more retrieved correlated action within the user interface of the collaborative meeting.
