A display device includes: a substrate including: first to third subpixels, an insulating layer including a trench on the substrate between at least two among the first to third subpixels, a first electrode on the insulating layer in each of the first to third subpixels, a fence in each of the first to third subpixels, the fence surrounding an edge of the first electrode, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode, the fence, and the insulating layer, a second electrode on the light-emitting layer, and a color filter layer including: a first color filter in the first subpixel, a second color filter in the second subpixel, and a third color filter in the third subpixel, wherein the second color filter is wider than the first color filter, and wherein the second color filter partially overlaps the first subpixel.

Display device

Provided is a display apparatus reduced in size and weight by reducing a size of a lens member. A head-mounted display apparatus includes a display panel emitting light, a lens member directing light from the display panel forwards, a light guide guiding light transmitting through the lens member to a user's eyes, a reflector and a transflective reflector changing a path of light moving along the light guide, and an adhesive layer disposed between the display panel and the lens member and adhering the display panel and the lens member.

An electroluminescent display device includes: an electroluminescent display device, including: a substrate including: a first subpixel, and a second subpixel, a respective first electrode in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the substrate, a trench in a boundary between the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the substrate, an emission layer on the first electrode, and in the first subpixel, the second subpixel, and the boundary between the first subpixel and the second subpixel, at least some of the emission layer being noncontiguous in the trench, a pore below the emission layer inside the trench, an upper end of the pore being relatively higher than at least some of the emission layer, and a second electrode on the emission layer.

Electroluminescent display device

A personal immersive device for virtual reality and/or augmented reality and a display thereof are disclosed. The personal immersive device comprises a plurality of subpixels arranged in a matrix on the substrate; a planarization film applied over an entire surface of a substrate; color filters and light-emitting elements disposed in the respective subpixels, over the planarization film; and an imaging lens that is smaller in size than the substrate and spaced a given distance apart from the substrate, wherein, in the first side area and second side area, the light-emitting elements are misaligned from the color filters.
