A loading apparatus for a deposition mask includes a clamper that clamps the mask extending in a direction, a first adsorption part, a second adsorption part, and a connection part connected to the first adsorption part and the second adsorption part, and includes a picker that transfers the mask. In case that the picker transfers the mask, the first adsorption part adsorbs ends of the mask, the second adsorption unit adsorbs a portion between the ends of the mask, and the clamper clamps the mask between the first adsorption part and the second adsorption part.

Loading apparatus for deposition mask

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a 1-1pixel electrode in a 1-1pixel to emit light of a first wavelength range and a 1-2pixel electrode in a 1-2pixel to emit light of the first wavelength range. The 1-1pixel and the 1-2pixel are over the substrate; a pixel-defining layer covering an edge of the 1-1pixel electrode and an edge of the 1-2pixel electrode so as to define a 1-1exposed upper surface and a 1-2exposed upper surface; a 1-1emission layer over the 1-1pixel electrode and to generate the light of the first wavelength range and a 1-2emission layer over the 1-2pixel electrode and to generate the light of the first wavelength range; and an opposite electrode over the 1-1emission layer and the 1-2emission layer.

Display apparatus

A deposition apparatus includes a chamber, a stage which is disposed within the chamber and on which a target substrate is seated, a deposition source disposed within the chamber and including a deposition material, a plurality of nozzles connected to the deposition source within the chamber to inject the deposition material in a direction of the stage, and an ionizer disposed between the nozzles and the stage to charge the deposition material injected from the nozzles. A first electric field is generated in each of the ionizer and the nozzles, and a second electric field having an intensity less than the first electric field is generated between the stage and the ionizer. Each of the nozzles includes a plurality of protrusion tips disposed on an inner surface of each of the nozzles to charge the deposition material.
