An electric compressor including: a housing; a compression mechanism which compresses refrigerant within the housing; and a motor which provides a driving force to the compression mechanism. The motor includes a stator supported on the housing and a rotor rotated by interaction with the stator. The rotor includes a core in which a magnet is installed, a balance weight installed at an end of the core to adjust the rotation balance of the rotor, a cover that covers the core between the core and the balance weight, and a refrigerant flow path through which the refrigerant sequentially flows through the balance weight, the cover, and the core. As a result, it is possible to suppress the performance degradation and the loss of operational capability of the motor by suppressing the temperature rise of the magnet provided in the rotor of the motor and the consequent demagnetization phenomenon.

Electric compressor

The present disclosure relates to a 3-phase connector integrated stator and an electric compressor including the same. The 3-phase connector integrated stator includes: a stator including a plurality of teeth formed to extend from a cylindrical core, insulators coupled to the core and the teeth so as to surround outer sides of the core and the teeth, and coils wound on outer sides of the insulators at the respective teeth; a motor cover coupled to an upper insulator in a central axis direction of the stator and having a connector coupling part protruding upwardly from an upper plate; and a 3-phase connector inserted into and coupled to the connector coupling part of the motor cover and having connection pins connected to 3-phase coils of the stator. Therefore, the 3-phase connector may be easily assembled to the stator, and the connector pins may be easily assembled to the 3-phase connector.

Disclosed herein are a clutch and a compressor including the same. The clutch includes a hub fastened to a rotary shaft of the compressor to be rotatable together with the rotary shaft in a state in which a position of the hub is fixed, a disk fastened to the hub to be rotatable together therewith, a pulley rotated by power transmitted from a drive source of the compressor, an elastic member for fastening the hub and the disk such that the disk is movable toward or away from the pulley with respect to the hub, a field coil assembly magnetized when electric power is applied thereto to allow the disk and the pulley to come into contact with or separate from each other, and an attenuation member interposed between the elastic member and the disk. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce noise and vibration due to contact and separation between the disk and the pulley by the elastic member and the attenuation member.

Disclosed are a pulley structure and a damper pulley that prevent corrosion. The pulley structure may include a hub part that is fitted on a crankshaft rotated by power from an engine and rotates with the crankshaft and a pulley part coupled with the hub part to rotate with the hub part and connected with a power transmission member. The hub part may include a pulley contact surface facing the pulley part, and pulley coupling portions formed at the pulley contact surface to secure coupling members. The pulley part may include a hub contact surface facing the pulley contact surface of the hub part, hub coupling portions coupled to the pulley coupling portions by securing the coupling members, and coupling grooves recessed from the hub coupling portions to insert the coupling members. Washers made of an insulator may be fitted on the coupling members between the pulley coupling portions and the hub coupling portions.

The present invention relates to an electric power connection part of an electromagnetic cluth field coil assembly coupled with a vehicle compressor. Since the electric power connection part has the discharge device and/or the magnetic field elimination device and the terminal which are integrally formed by injection molding in the housing assembly of a electromagnetic cluth field coil assembly, it is possible to rapidly and facilely perform the assembling process, increase the productivity and also reduce fabricating costs.

A sleeve connector for an electromagnetic clutch has a first holder carrying a diode and a resistor for absorbing surge voltage and removing an induced magnetic field generated by an electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly. First and second terminals respectively connected with the diode and the resistor are held by a second holder so the terminals are insulated from each other. A molded plastic middle assembly encapsulates the diode, resistor, both holders and both terminals and joins the holders to each other.
