A computer-implemented method for automatically analyzing handwritten text to determine a mismatch between a purported writer and an actual writer is disclosed. The method comprises receiving two samples of digitized handwriting each allegedly created by one individual and received and entered into a digital system by another. The method further comprises performing a series of feature extractions to convert the samples into two vectors of extracted features; automatically clustering a set of vectors such that the first vector and the second vector are assigned to the same cluster among multiple clusters, based on vector similarity; and automatically determining that a same individual being associated with both the first and second samples indicates a heightened probability that the individual fraudulently created both samples. Finally, the method comprises automatically transmitting a message to flag additional samples of digitized handwriting entered into a digital system as possibly fraudulent.

Fraud detection via automated handwriting clustering

A method for monitoring and predicting batch activity in real time comprises obtaining i) ordered lists of jobs from scheduling platforms and ii) information related to jobs from one or more file transfer sources including real time event information, extracting data from the ordered lists of jobs and file transfer information, enriching the extracted data using additional information retrieved from at least one meta data repository, and generating a dependency graph that includes real time job and file transfer data obtained from the enriched data in which nodes of the graph represent events and edges represent relationships between the nodes indicating a dependence. Critical milestones are obtained from the dependency graph, critical paths for traversing the dependency graph for job and file transfer execution, and times for execution of each of the jobs and file transfers in the critical paths are predicted in real time.

Managing tasks using an application-level blue-green topology with parallel cell infrastructure rails. Each cell infrastructure rail includes a dispatcher bot and a performer bot. The dispatcher bot is configured to prepare a work task based on a received request, and the performer bot performs the work task, resulting in performed work. A discovery server includes a service registry configured to store the states of the infrastructure rails. The discovery server receives the request for the work task, and sends the request to a dispatcher bot of a specific cell infrastructure rail based on the request and the states of the cell infrastructure rails. A respective workflow cell server receives the performed work. In the case that one cell infrastructure rail experiences a problem when processing the request, the cell infrastructure rails are switched to perform the request on the other cell infrastructure rail. The method implements the system.

System and method for work task management using application-level blue-green topology with parallel infrastructure rails

Systems and methods for routing requests to a plurality of server clusters are disclosed, especially in a workflow management context. A first server cluster handles requests concerning a first software version and a second server cluster responds to requests concerning a second version of that same software. Upon receiving a request to change default routing of requests, a configuration of a gateway router is updated and subsequent requests concerning the first software are routed to the second server cluster while subsequent request concerning the second software remain routed to the first server cluster. A first graphical user interface (GUI) is provided to be used in defining a series of steps in a workflow and to creating a secondary GUI that will be used when performing the series of steps. Tools for automation and data extraction during the workflow are provided and workflow state is tracked until completion of the workflow.

The system comprises one or more computing devices configured to: receive a digital image of a document; perform a dilating transformation via convolution matrix on the digital image to obtain a modified image; determine a plurality of regions of connected markings in the digital image; based at least in part on a pixel density or proximity to an anchor substring of each region, determine whether any region contains any handwritten signature; extract first image data of the region containing a handwritten signature from the digital image; retrieve second image data of a confirmed example signature for a purported signer of the handwritten signature; and based on a comparison of the first image data with the second image data, forward a determination of whether the first image data and second image data are similar.

A method for routing requests to a plurality of server clusters is disclosed. The method comprises establishing a first server cluster responding to requests concerning a first software via a first version of that software and to requests concerning a second software via a first version of that software, and a second server cluster responding to requests concerning the first software via a second version of that software and to requests concerning the second software via a second version of that software. A gateway router initially routes requests concerning the first and second software by default to the first server cluster. Upon receiving a request to change default routing of requests, a configuration of the gateway router is updated. Subsequent requests concerning the first software are routed to the second server cluster while subsequent request concerning the second software remain routed to the first server cluster.

Process isolation via application-level blue-green topology

A system for converting a data file in a first format for data serialization into a second format for workflow specification is disclosed. The system comprises one or more processors and non-transitory memory storing instructions. When executed by the one or more processors, the instructions cause the one or more processors to receive a data file in the first format representing a workflow; automatically generate a functionally equivalent workflow specified according to the second format, via consultation with a correspondence table and replacing a set of elements from the first format with a corresponding set of elements from the second format; automatically fill in any default values required in the second format and not specified within the first format; and output the functionally equivalent workflow in the second format. In a preferred embodiment, the first format is JSON and the second format is BPMN 2.0.

A system and computer-implemented method for providing a load-balanced server architecture to end users and allowing software on the server architecture to be updated without downtime during a transition to the new software version. Run-time errors due to incompatibilities between datatypes, interfaces, deserialization methods, and classes loaded by class loaders in object oriented server software may be avoided by using the system to track a software version used in association with a particular task. By routing requests related to a particular task to a particular server running the same software version, compatibility is maintained and efforts to migrate data across software servers or add code to handle cross-version compatibility are unnecessary.
