A display device includes a display panel that includes a first light emitting region and a second light emitting region, each of which emits first color. A first partition wall is disposed on the display panel, which allows the first color light to be transmitted therethrough, and which has a first opening defined therein and that corresponds to the first light emitting region. A first light conversion pattern is disposed inside the first opening and converts the first color light into second color light having different color. A reflection pattern is disposed corresponding to an outer surface of the first partition wall and a top surface of the first partition. An organic material pattern is disposed on the top surface of the first partition wall and overlaps the reflection pattern. A first color filter is disposed on the first light conversion pattern and allows the second color light to be transmitted therethrough.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus including a light emitting device layer emitting a first light having a peak wavelength of 500 nm or less, a color control layer disposed on the light emitting device layer, the color control layer including an emitting element converting the first light, a color filter layer disposed on the color control layer, and an absorptive scattering element provided in or on the color control layer. The absorptive scattering element may include a light absorbing portion, in which absorptivity of a green or red light is greater than absorptivity of the first light. Accordingly, reflectance of the display apparatus to an external light may be reduced.

A display device includes a display panel including gate lines, data lines, and pixels connected to the gate lines and the data lines and a driving circuit which controls the display panel in response to an image signal, a control signal, and a mode signal from an outside to display an image through the display panel. The driving circuit converts the image signal to data voltage signals corresponding to a first gamma curve to apply the data voltage signals to the data lines when the mode signal represents a normal mode and converts the image signal to data voltage signals corresponding to a second gamma curve different from the first gamma curve to apply the data voltage signals to the data lines when the mode signal represents a frequency variable mode.
