A wind power generation device includes a blade, a main shaft of which one end is connected to the blade, a speed increaser connected to the other end of the main shaft, an output shaft of which one end is connected to the speed increaser, a power generation unit connected to the other end of the output shaft, a vibration sensor, and an abnormality diagnosis unit. The power generation unit is configured to rotate the output shaft and the main shaft by performing powering operation. The abnormality diagnosis unit diagnoses the presence or absence of an abnormality based on data acquired by the vibration sensor during a period in which the power generation unit performs powering operation.

A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus absorbing a torsional vibration includes a plate member configured to be provided at a power transmission system and including a rolling guide surface, and a mass member rolling on the rolling guide surface of the plate member. The rolling guide surface includes plural first rolling guide surfaces each formed in an arc shape and provided radially inward relative to an outer circumferential portion of the plate member to be arranged in a circumferential direction and a second rolling guide surface allowing the mass member to roll on a locus which is different from a locus on the first rolling guide surface formed in the arc shape. Loci of the mass member are seamlessly switched from the locus in which the mass member rolls on the first rolling guide surface to the locus in which the mass member rolls on the second rolling guide surface.

A power transmission apparatus includes a first rotation member connected to a first rotation shaft, a second rotation member connected to a second rotation shaft, a third rotation member provided between the first rotation member and the second rotation member, a damper portion provided between the first rotation member and the third rotation member to absorb a torque fluctuation between the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft, a torque limiter portion arranged between the second rotation member and the third rotation member to transmit a torque equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, the torque limiter portion restricting a torque transmitted between the second rotation member and the third rotation member from exceeding the predetermined value in a case where a torque greater than the predetermined value is input to the torque limiter portion, and a dynamic vibration absorber provided at the second rotation member.

A torque fluctuation absorber includes a first rotating member, a second rotating member arranged coaxially with the first rotating member, a control plate arranged between the first rotating member and the second rotating member in an axial direction and engaging non-rotatably with the second rotating member, a thrust member arranged between the first rotating member and the control plate in the axial direction, engaging with the first rotating member in an axially movable and non-rotatable manner, and slidably making contact with the control plate, and an elastic member arranged between the first rotating member and the thrust member in the axial direction, supported by the first rotating member and pressing the thrust member against the control plate.
