A seat cushion frame configuring framework of a seat cushion for an occupant of a vehicle to sit on, and including left and right side frames, a cushion pan, and a reinforcement member. The left and right side frames are disposed at left and right side portions of the seat cushion. The cushion pan connects upper end portions of front portions of the left and right side frames together in a seat left-right direction. The reinforcement member includes the left and right reinforcement portions respective affixed to the seat left-right direction sides of the rear end portion of the cushion pan.

Seat cushion frame, vehicle seat frame, and vehicle seat

A vehicle seat frame includes a seat cushion frame, left and right links, a connection member, left and right slide rails, and left and right risers. The seat cushion frame includes left and right side frames. The left and right links each have a one end portion connected to respective front portions of the left and right side frames. The connection member connects the left and right links together in the seat left-right direction. The left and right slide rails are disposed below the left and right side frames and are attached to a floor section of the vehicle. The left and right risers are respectively attached to the left and right slide rails, are connected to respective other end portions of the left and right links, and are configured to be impacted by the connection member under load from the occupant during a head-on collision of the vehicle.

In a vehicle seat frame, a connection member that connects left and right links together in a seat left-right direction is disposed below a rear portion of a cushion pan included in a seat cushion frame. A sloped surface sloped with a downward gradient toward a seat rear side is formed at a lower surface of the rear portion of the cushion pan. The sloped surface of the cushion pan slides in a seat rearward and diagonally downward direction relative to the connection member when the cushion pan deforms in a seat downward direction under load from the occupant during a head-on collision of the vehicle.

Pentosan polysulfate and method for producing pentosan polysulfate

The present invention provides a pentosan polysulfate having a uronic acid content of 7.0 mass % to 15.0 mass % and an acetyl group content of 0 mass % to 2.0 mass %; a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate of the pentosan polysulfate or of the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The pentosan polysulfate, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or the pharmaceutically acceptable solvate of the pentosan polysulfate or of the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are useful as an active ingredient of a medicament for preventing and/or treating a disease caused by abnormal enhancement of FGF-2 function, and as a pH buffer agent.

Pentosan polysulfate and medicine containing pentosan polysulfate

The present invention provides a method for producing pentosan polysulfate, the method including a first step of obtaining an acidic xylooligosaccharide from a plant-derived raw material, and a second step of obtaining pentosan polysulfate from the acidic xylooligosaccharide. The first step includes a step of depolymerizing the plant-derived raw material. The second step includes a step of sulfating the acidic xylooligosaccharide. The method further includes a deacetylation step of adding a base to achieve a pH of 11 or higher. The deacetylation step is a step performed after the depolymerization step. The production method of the present invention can provide pentosan polysulfate having a low acetyl group content, and also produce pentosan polysulfate with a high yield inexpensively and efficiently.

Production method for pentosan polysulfate

The present invention provides a reduced-cost method for producing an acidic xylooligosaccharide, the method including a depolymerization step of depolymerizing a plant-derived raw material and a deacetylation step of adding a base to a solution of the product of the depolymerization step to achieve a pH of 11 or higher. The present invention further provides an acidic xylooligosaccharide having an acetyl group content of 0 to 5.0 mass %. The acidic xylooligosaccharide of the present invention, which has an acetyl group content of 0 to 5.0 mass %, can be used as a starting material in a production method to thereby obtain pentosan polysulfate with a high yield.

The present invention provides a novel topical moisturizing preparation containing as an active ingredient at least one selected from pentosan polysulfate; pharmaceutically acceptable salts of pentosan polysulfate; and pharmaceutically acceptable solvates thereof. The topical moisturizing preparation of the present invention, which contains a substance free of animal-derived components as an active ingredient, can be produced as a topical moisturizing preparation free of animal-derived components, as needed.

The present invention provides pentosan polysulfate having a weight average molecular weight of 5000 or less and a content of acetyl groups of 0% to 2.0% by mass, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. The pentosan polysulfate of the present invention, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof exhibits an anti-Xa activity and an anti-Xa/anti-IIa activity ratio, which are suitable for practical use, and is useful as a pharmaceutical composition such as an anticoagulant.
