Variable displacement hydraulic unit comprising a displacement unit for setting/adjusting the position of an adjustment element in order to adjust the displacement volume of the hydraulic unit by means of an electronically driveable actuator. The actuator is electronically connected to an electronic control unit (ECU) and has a first electric conductive coil to position the adjustment element by the help of electro-magnetic forces. An electric energy harvesting device is located adjacent to the first coil of the actuator such that electric energy from power fluctuations in the first coil can be harvested inductively. The inductively harvested electric energy can be transmitted to an electric energy storage device.

Variable displacement hydraulic unit and method for operating the hydraulic unit

The invention relates to a hydraulic machine, in particular to a hydraulic motor with two working lines, from one of which a high pressure line and from the other one a low pressure line is branched off. An electronic control unit and a servo displacement unit are provided to control the displacement of the displacement volume of a drive mechanism of the hydraulic machine, wherein the displacement volume can be determinated by the displacement of a servo piston within the servo displacement unit. For this, the servo piston can be loaded at least on one side via a servo pressure line with hydraulic fluid under servo pressure, wherein the servo pressure level can be adjusted by a control spool arranged moveable within a control valve. For this, hydraulic fluid from the low pressure line or, perhaps, from the high pressure line is guidable via the control valve to the servo pressure line if a suitable control signal is available at a switching valve.

Device and method for controlling a hydraulic machine

The invention is directed to a swashplate angle sensor () for a variable displacement hydraulic unit (). The hydraulic unit () comprising a housing (), within which a swashplate () with a rod shaped feedback-link () fixedly attached to the swashplate () is arranged pivotable around a swashplate axis (). The angle sensor () comprising a magnet () mounted rotatable on a magnet carrier (), and a sensor () for sensing the orientation of the magnet (). The magnet carrier () is located in a control block () attached to the housing () and is located parallel to the feedback-link (). The magnet carrier () is rotatable around a sensor axis () being parallel to the swashplate axis (). A linkage spring () provides a connection between the feedback-link () and the magnet carrier () such that a pivoting of the swashplate () with the feedback-link () causes a rotation of the magnet carrier ().

The invention relates to a method and a device for determining of at least one end position of a displacement element of an adjustable hydraulic machine, in particular of the axial piston type, shiftable or displaceable between two ends position a by means of a displacement unit between a first end position and a second end position. According to the invention the determination of having reached an end position of displacement takes place by means of a measurement circuit, whose electrical characteristics are changed jumpily when an end position is reached. This is done by connecting a partial branch of the measuring circuit with earth, when a moveable element comes into electric contact with a limit stop assigned to the corresponding end position.
