Provided are techniques for offloading a task from an edge server that is integrated with a moving vehicle. One or more tasks are executed while performing monitoring of hardware and software components. In response to the monitoring, a failure is identified. In response to determining that the failure prevents the one or more tasks from being completed, a request message is broadcast to a plurality of peer moving edge servers to request assistance, an acknowledgement is received from each of the plurality of peer moving edge servers, one or more of the plurality of the peer moving edge servers is selected, and the one or more tasks are handed over to the selected one or more peer moving edge servers. In response to determining that the failure does not prevent the one or more tasks from being completed, continuing execution of the one or more tasks.

Offloading a task from an edge server that is integrated with a moving vehicle

Identifying and evaluating exploitability of software vulnerabilities is provided. A vulnerability identified and a level of exploitability of the vulnerability corresponding to a software package is evaluated prior to installation of the software package on a data processing system based on data collected from a plurality of software vulnerability data sources. Related alternative software packages corresponding to the software package to be installed on the data processing system are identified based on a comparative analysis between alternative software packages and the software package. A confidence level is determined for each respective related alternative software package for resolving the level of exploitability. The related alternative software packages are ranked from least to most vulnerable based on a calculated exploitability score corresponding to each respective related alternative software package. Insights are generated based on determined confidence levels and rankings corresponding to calculated exploitability scores of the related alternative software packages.

Predicting exploitability of software vulnerabilities and recommending alternate software packages

An embodiment of the invention may include a method, computer program product and computer system for object detection and identification. The method, computer program product and computer system may include computing device which may receive an image from a user device. The image may be a screenshot captured by the user device from a display. The computing device may classify the image based on features present in the image and detect a salient object contained within the image. The computing device may identify the object in the image and one or more sources of the object in the image.

A tool for providing a version controller bulletin. The tool retrieves metadata from a plurality of version controller repositories in a development environment. The tool creates one or more snapshots for the metadata over a pre-determined period of time, wherein the pre-determined period of time includes a start time and an end time. The tool determines a metadata difference between non-code related issue clusters of the one or more snapshots. The tool determines a confidence to conflict value and a line of code range for code related issue clusters of the one or more snapshots, wherein the confidence to conflict value represents a probability of a merge conflict. The tool provides respective heat maps for code related issue clusters and non-code related issue clusters. The tool outputs to a version controller bulletin, the metadata difference, the confidence to conflict value, respective heat maps, and the line of code range.

Version controller bulletin

Embodiments for generating recommendations for user activity onboard a vehicle are provided. A first user and a second user onboard a vehicle are identified. A relationship between the first user and the second user is determined based on at least one information source associated with at least one of the first user and the second user. A traffic condition associated with the vehicle traveling to a destination is detected. A recommendation of an joint activity for the first user and the second user while onboard the vehicle is generated based on the determined relationship between the first user and the second user, the detected traffic condition, and the at least one information source.
