A scroll compressor is provided, in which a fastening member fixing portion of a valve fastening member fixes the valve fastening member to a non-orbiting scroll, a valve fixing portion of the valve fastening member fixes a bypass valve to the non-orbiting scroll, and the fastening member fixing portion is located axially farther away from a compression chamber than the valve fixing portion is. This may secure a fastening thickness by which the valve fastening member that fixes the bypass valve is fastened to the non-orbiting scroll and reduce a plate thickness at a portion where bypass holes and/or a discharge port are formed, thereby decreasing dead volumes in the bypass holes and/or the discharge port.

A scroll compressor may include an oil supply passage formed in a main frame. A first end of the oil supply passage may be open toward an orbiting space of the main frame and a second end may be open toward an Oldham ring. With this configuration, even if refrigerant suctioned through a refrigerant suction pipe sweeps away oil, which lubricates a sliding surface between a key and a key groove adjacent to the refrigerant suction pipe while passing through between the key and the key groove, oil may be quickly and smoothly supplied to the sliding surface. This may prevent wear between the key and the key groove so as to enhance efficiency of the compressor.

A compressor may include a casing, and a compression device installed inside of the casing and that compresses the refrigerant while rotating by receiving a rotational force of an electric motor through a rotational shaft. A high/low pressure separation plate may be installed at an upper portion of the compression device, and an insulation plate may be provided to block the high/low pressure separation plate and the suction tube from each other by being located therebetween. The insulation plate may reduce heat transfer between a refrigerant discharge space having a high temperature located at the upper portion of the high/low pressure separation plate and a refrigerant suction space having a relatively low temperature located at a lower portion of the high/low pressure separation plate.

A scroll compressor is provided in which one of a fixed scroll or an orbiting scroll is provided with at least one guide groove, and the other is provided with a self-rotation prevention member inserted into the at least one guide groove to revolve in the at least one guide groove and configured to prevent self-rotation of the orbiting scroll.

A high-voltage connector assembly and a motor-operated compressor including the same are disclosed. The high-voltage connector assembly according to embodiments disclosed herein may include a cover defining an outer appearance and a shielding plate designed to shield an electrical noise signal. The cover and the shielding plate may be integrally formed by a double shot molding or insert injection molding. Accordingly, manufacturing time and costs of the cover and the shielding plate may be reduced. In addition, the cover and the shielding plate may be coupled to each other in a more stable manner. Further an outer circumferential portion of the shielding plate may have a higher roughness than the cover. Alternatively, the outer circumferential portion of the shielding plate may be provided with a plate protrusion or an uneven portion. Accordingly, a contact area between the shielding plate and the cover may be increased.

A scroll compressor is provided in which a center of a back pressure chamber is eccentrically disposed relative to a center of a fixed scroll. For example, the center of the back pressure chamber may be moved towards a center of an orbiting scroll at a time of discharge, thereby preventing displacement of the fixed scroll and ensuring stability in orbital movement of the orbiting scroll.

A scroll compressor may include a frame, an orbiting scroll provided with at least one first key groove, a non-orbiting scroll provided with at least one second key groove and coupled to the orbiting scroll to form a compression chamber, and an anti-rotation ring disposed between the frame and the orbiting scroll. The scroll compressor may include a casing, a discharge cover to partition an inside of the casing into suction and discharge spaces, a first scroll, a second scroll that defines compression chambers together with the first scroll and includes an intermediate pressure discharge hole that communicates with a compression chamber having an intermediate pressure of the compression chambers, a back pressure plate that defines a back pressure chamber that accommodates a refrigerant discharged from the intermediate pressure discharge hole, a floating plate that defines the back pressure chamber together with the back pressure plate, and a gasket disposed between the back pressure plate and the second scroll and having an intermediate pressure communication hole that allows the intermediate pressure discharge hole to communicate with the intermediate pressure suction hole. The gasket may block communication between the back pressure chamber and the suction and discharge spaces.

The compressor may include a cylindrical shell, a rotational shaft rotatably mounted in the cylindrical shell, a rotor and a stator that rotates the rotational shaft, a compression device driven by the rotational shaft, a lower bearing configured to rotatably support one side of the rotational shaft, a lower frame configured to support the lower bearing, the lower frame being configured to be press-fitted into a lower end portion of the cylindrical shell, and a base configured to seal the lower end portion of the cylindrical shell. The lower frame may include a main body configured to be press-fitted onto an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical shell and a flange that extends from the main body, the flange being configured to limit a press-fit depth by contacting the lower end portion of the cylindrical shell.
