The present invention provides methods for treating a cancer in a subject and for inhibiting tumor growth, metastasis or a dihydrorotate oxygenase enzyme activity of a tumor or cancer cell. At least one trisubstituted benzotriazole derivative with the formula (I) is administered to the subject or is contacted with the cancer cell. Compounds of formula (I) have substituents R, Rand Rwhich have the meanings given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

Methods of use for trisubstituted benzotriazole derivatives as dihydroorotate oxygenase inhibitors

The present invention provides methods for treating a cancer in a subject and for inhibiting tumor growth, metastasis or a dihydrorotate oxygenase enzyme activity of a tumor or cancer cell. At least one trisubstituted benzotriazole derivative with the formula (I) is administered to the subject or is contacted with the cancer cell. Compounds of formula (I) have substituents R, Rand Rwhich have the meanings given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. 

The present invention provides 1, 4, 6-trisubstituted-2-alkyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole derivatives as dihydroorotate oxygenase inhibitor compounds of formula (I), which may be therapeutically useful as DHODH inhibitors, in which Rto Rand 'm' have the meanings given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or stereoisomer thereof that are useful in the treatment and prevention in diseases or disorder, in particular their use in diseases or disorder where there is an advantage in inhibiting DHODH. The present invention also provides methods for synthesizing 1, 4, 6-trisubstituted-2-alkyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole derivatives of formula (I). The present invention also provides pharmaceutical formulations comprising at least one of the DHODH inhibitor compound of formula (I) together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient. 

1, 4, 6-trisubstituted-2-alkyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole derivatives as dihydroorotate oxygenase inhibitors

The present application provides novel quinazolines and azaquinazolines and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also provided are methods for preparing these compounds. These compounds are useful in for co-regulating RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK and PI3K/AKT/PTEN/mTOR pathways by administering a therapeutically effective amount of one or more of the compounds of formula (I), wherein X, Y, T and R, and Rto Rare defined herein, to a patient. By doing so, these compounds are effective in treating conditions associated with the dysregulation of the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK and PI3K/AKT/PTEN/mTOR pathways. A variety of conditions can be treated using these compounds and include diseases which are characterized by abnormal cellular proliferation. In one embodiment, the disease is cancer.

The present application provides novel pyrimido-pyridazinone compounds and methods for preparing and using these compounds. These compounds are useful in treating inflammation in patients by administering one or more of the compounds to a patient. In one embodiment, the novel pyrimido-pyridazinone compound is of Formula (I) and Rand Rare defined herein.

The present invention provides trisubstituted benzotriazole derivatives as dihydroorotate oxygenase inhibitor compounds of formula (I), which may be therapeutically useful as DHODH inhibitors. wherein, R, Rand Rhave the meanings given in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof that are useful in the treatment and prevention in diseases or disorder, in particular their use in diseases or disorder where there is an advantage in inhibiting DHODH. The present invention also provides methods for synthesizing trisubstituted benzotriazole derivatives of formula (I). The present invention also provides pharmaceutical formulations comprising at least one of the DHODH inhibitor compound of formula (I) together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient.

The present application relates to novel 3-(pyrazolyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives of formula (I), as protein kinase inhibitors.  The invention particularly relates to compounds of formula (I), preparation of compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. The invention further relates to pharmaceutically acceptable salts and compositions comprising the said novel 3-(pyrazolyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives and their use in the treatment of various disorders.

3-(pyrazolyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives as kinase inhibitors

The present application provides novel substituted quinazoline and pyrido-pyrimidine compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also provided are methods for preparing these compounds. These compounds are useful in co-regulating PI3K and/or mTOR activity by administering a therapeutically effective amount of one or more of the compounds to a patient. By doing so, these compounds are effective in treating conditions associated with the dysregulation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway. Advantageously, these compounds perform as dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitors. A variety of conditions can be treated using these compounds and include diseases which are characterized by inflammation or abnormal cellular proliferation.
