In some embodiments, a method may involve a computing system sending, to a client device, first data indicating that the client device is authorized to send an application programming interface (API) call to the computing system during at least a first time slot. The computing system may receive, from the client device, a first API call during the first time slot, and may process the first API call. In some embodiments, a method may involve a computing system sending, to a client device, first data indicating that the client device is prohibited from sending an API call to the computing system during at least a first time slot. The computing system may receive, from the client device, a first API call during a second time slot that is different than the first time slot, and may process the first API call.

Dynamic scheduling of Web API calls

A computer-implemented method includes: receiving, by a computing device, a trigger indication to deploy a new artifact into an application cluster; obtaining, by the computing device, deployment data for the new artifact from one or more service entities via external application programming interface (API) calls; storing, by the computing device, the deployment data as a deployment data object; and providing, by the computing device, the deployment data object to a plurality of instances of the application cluster via internal API calls without the need for the plurality of instances to conduct external API calls to the one or more service entities.

Optimizing service deployment in a distributed computing environment

Techniques are disclosed for validating a webhook post by a receiver. The receiver receives an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) request associated with the webhook post from an application. The receiver extracts at least one parameter from the HTTP request, to be used for validation of the webhook post. The receiver, obtains, based on the at least one parameter, configuration information associated with validating the webhook post from a configuration template, wherein the configuration template comprises configuration information associated with validating webhook posts from each of a plurality of applications. The receiver then validates the webhook post based on the configuration information.

Generic and configurable technique for webhook validation with arbitrary applications

A method, computer program product, and system includes a processor(s) obtaining, at a first connector, contextual information related to one or more additional connectors within a potential communication path of the first connector, where each of the one or more additional connectors initializes data transmission connections to a respective application. The processor(s) accesses usage policy metadata of a second application (the respective application of a second connector of the one or more additional connectors). The processor(s) determines whether initializing a data transmission connection between the first application and the second application is consistent with the contextual information related to the second connector and the usage policy metadata. Based on determining that the contextual information and the usage policy metadata are inconsistent, the processor(s) transmits an error. Based on determining that the contextual information and the usage policy metadata are consistent, the processor(s) initializes the data transmission.

Context-aware connectors in integration

A generic connector module of an integration-platform system reconciles the system's application-independent canonical API with each application-specific API used by an endpoint application. The system generates a software library of application-specific configuration files each capable of enabling the connector to translate commands between one application-specific API format and the canonical-API format. Applications may be added to the system, removed, or updated without revising the connector. When the connector receives an application-specific request from an application or a canonical request from the integration platform, the connector selects an application-specific configuration file that lets the connector translate the received request into its complementary API format. The connector then forwards the translated request to its intended recipient. A converse process occurs when receiving an application-specific or canonical response to the translated request. Translations can be performed dynamically, in real time, without requiring a distinct connector module dedicated to each application.

Generic connector module capable of integrating multiple applications into an integration platform

Systems, methods, and computer program products to perform an operation comprising obtaining a set of ports based on monitoring repeated attempts by a client application to establish a connection on ports signaled by a server application, establishing one or more secure connections between a client computer executing the client application to the server computer executing the server application based on the set of ports, opening each port of the set of ports to receive requests from the client application, listening on each of the set of ports for a first request from the client application to the server application, receiving, from the client application, the first request on a first port of the set of ports, and transmitting the first request to the server application.

Integrating applications with endpoints using dynamic port negotiation

Techniques for generic authentication with arbitrary services are provided. A request to authorize with a first service, of a plurality of services, using the OAuth protocol, is received by a generic client library, from a first application. A set of parameters specific to an implementation of the OAuth protocol provided by the first service are identified in a configuration file. An HTTP request is generated based on the set of parameters identified in the data structure, and the first application is authorized with the first service via the OAuth protocol using the generated HTTP request.

In that way, cryptographic resources are effectively hidden within the certificate repository until needed. The security program applies an algorithm to generate keys for JKS storage such that the keys 'masquerade' in a JKS canonical format until the time in which the resources are needed to be in a PGP canonical format.

A system for controlling an RF gain of a receiver that reduces a time taken to maintain an input signal level at an optimum dynamic range is provided. The system includes a tuner that receives a radio frequency (RF) signal and down-converts the RF signal to an intermediate frequency (IF) signal, and a demodulator. The tuner includes a radio frequency programmable gain amplifier (RF_VGA), a filter and an IF programmable gain amplifier (IF_VGA). The demodulator includes an analog to digital converter (ADC), and an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) unit that (i) receives a digital signal and an IF gain of the IF_VGA. The ADC samples a filtered IF signal under oversampling conditions to obtain an oversampled signal that includes an in-band signal and an out-of-band signal. The AGC unit (ii) controls the RF_VGA, the IF_VGA and (iii) measures an RF energy of the RF signal.

Efficient scheme for automatic gain control in communication systems

A wide band receiver to select and demodulate an input signal with single scan spectrum sensing by performing filtering on the input signal in digital domain to achieve improved selectivity and sensitivity is provided. The input signal includes one or more narrowband radio frequency (RF) signals. The wide band receiver includes a wide band tuner that down converts the one or more narrowband RF signals to one or more IF signals. An analog to digital converter (ADC) converts the one or more IF signals to one or more digital signals. A filter rejects out-of-band signals from the one or more digital signals to achieve the improved selectivity. A numeric controlled oscillator (NCO) selects at least one narrowband digital signal from the digital signals based on a phase value obtained from a spectrum selection control unit. A demodulator demodulates the narrowband digital signal to obtain a demodulated digital signal.

Digital downconversion and fast channel selection of narrowband signals using a wide band RF tuner

A receiver for reducing acquisition time of a Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) of an input intermediate frequency (IF) signal with M-PSK modulated preamble using spectral based analysis is provided. The receiver includes an analog to digital converter that converts the input IF signal into a digital signal, a down conversion unit that down converts the digital signal to a baseband complex signal, and a CFO estimation block that estimates the CFO. The CFO estimation block includes a carrier harmonic generation unit that generates an output of carrier Mharmonic without modulation in the baseband complex signal, a spectral mapping unit that spectrally maps the carrier harmonic using complex Fast Fourier Transform, a spectral analysis unit that performs peak search on the spectrally mapped carrier Mharmonic to obtain a peak position (P), and a carrier frequency offset estimation unit that receives the peak position (P) and estimates the CFO.

A method for ordering telemetry messages containing attributes individually not sufficient to establish total ordering is provided. An initial rank value is assigned for a first telemetry message. For a subsequent telemetry message, it is determined if an attribute of the subsequent telemetry message indicates an ordering of the subsequent telemetry message with respect to the first telemetry message. If the attribute indicates the ordering of the subsequent telemetry message, a subsequent rank value is assigned to the subsequent telemetry message one higher than a highest rank value already assigned, otherwise a correct slot of the subsequent message is determined by minimizing a distance from an S slot corresponding to the highest rank value already assigned to a first non-empty slot by application of a Lazy Walker algorithm.
