Proposed is an augmented reality device capable of performing audio identification and a control method therefor. The augmented reality device comprises: a see-through display which is formed to enable a user's eyes to see therethrough and thus outputs a virtual object; an audio input unit which receives an input of an audio signal generated within a preset distance from the display; and a control unit which controls operations of the see-through display to identify event information corresponding to the audio signal and to output image information of the virtual object corresponding to the identified event information.

Proposed is an audio data identification apparatus for collecting random audio data and identifying an audio resource obtained by exacting any one section of the collected audio data. The audio data identification apparatus includes: a communication unit that collects and transmits the random audio data; and a control unit that identifies the collected audio data. The control unit includes: a parsing unit that parses the collected audio data into predetermined units; an extraction unit that selects, as the audio resource, any one of a plurality of parsed sections of the audio data; a matching unit that matches identification information of the audio resource via a pre-loaded artificial intelligence algorithm; and a verification unit that verifies the identification information matched to the audio resource.

According to an embodiment, the introduction of ferroelectric materials to a semiconductor-insulator-semiconductor (SIS) optical phase shifter brings about improvement in charge collection efficiency resulting from the negative capacitance effect, thereby achieving higher phase modulation efficiency and lower power consumption. Additionally, it is possible to realize a new structure of optical switch or modulator device through design changes of the type of ferroelectrics and the structural variables.
