An electrochromic device is provided. The electrochromic device may include a plurality of auxiliary electrodes spaced apart from each other in both a first direction and a second direction. The electrochromic device may improve an electrochromism rate and prevent a drive failure problem due to oxidation of the auxiliary electrode from spreading.

The present invention relates to an electrochromic device, and according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electrochromic device comprising: a first electrode layer, a first electrochromic layer provided on the first electrode layer, an electrolyte layer provided on the first electrochromic layer, a second electrochromic layer provided on the electrolyte layer, and a second electrode layer provided on the second electrochromic layer, wherein it comprises a first auxiliary electrode layer and a second auxiliary electrode layer each provided on each opposite surface of the first electrochromic layer and the second electrochromic layer opposed to each other with the electrolyte layer interposed therebetween, and the first and second auxiliary electrode layers each comprise an electrode portion formed of a metal material and an insulation portion for insulating the electrode portion.

The present application relates to a gel polymer electrolyte, a method for producing a gel polymer electrolyte, and an electrochromic device comprising the same. As the gel polymer electrolyte comprises a block copolymer, the present application can simultaneously satisfy high ionic conductivity, low turbidity and adhesiveness.

Provided are a secondary battery including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte layer disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the positive electrode and the negative electrode include first solid electrolyte particles, the solid electrolyte layer includes second solid electrolyte particles, and a particle diameter of the second solid electrolyte particles is greater than a particle diameter of the first solid electrolyte particles. In the secondary battery, the electrode may increase the amount of movement of lithium ions by increasing a contact area between the solid electrolyte particles and electrode active material, and the solid electrolyte layer may minimize the reduction of ionic conductivity by decreasing interfacial resistance due to the contact between the electrode and the solid electrolyte layer. Thus, stability and performance of the secondary battery may be improved.
