Disclosed is a silencer for fuel cell vehicles. The silencer for fuel cell vehicles includes a housing having an inlet configured to receive air and hydrogen flowing into the housing therethrough, an outlet, and a condensation water drain hole configured to discharge condensation water to the outside therethrough, a distribution plate disposed in the housing and having distribution holes to distribute air and hydrogen flowing into the housing, a rotary plate disposed in the housing closer to the outlet than the distribution plate, a motor connected to the rotary plate to rotate the rotary plate, and an anti-freezing unit extending from one end of the rotary plate to the condensation water drain hole.

Silencer for fuel cell vehicles

A coolant bypass structure includes a main loop forming a channel in which coolant circulates; a bypass loop connected to the main loop and forming a selective bypass channel; and a stack bypass valve provided between the main loop and the bypass loop to open and close the bypass loop according to a predetermined temperature, and provided with an outlet temperature sensor. The coolant bypass structure may improve marketability by decreasing the starting time of the fuel cell vehicle in a frozen state and improve power efficiency.

An air supply device using a cooling water heater of a fuel cell vehicle can effectively reduce cold starting time of the fuel cell vehicle and effectively remove moisture in a stack in cold shut down (CSD) of the fuel cell vehicle. In the air supply device, a bypass flow path is formed to be branched from a first air supply line connected between an air blower for supplying air to a fuel cell stack and a humidifier for humidifying the air supplied to the stack. The bypass flow path allows air exhausted from the air blower to pass through a cooling water heater by bypassing the humidifier and then to be supplied to the stack.

A non-negative pressure radiator cap is provided and includes a pressure valve having a pressure member, disposed inside a body while having an aperture formed therein. The pressure member is pressed based on an increase in pressure of coolant to move coolant toward a reservoir tank. Additionally, a vacuum valve that includes a head part and a neck part moves vertically based on the pressure of the coolant to open or close the aperture. The neck part passes through the aperture from bottom to top. A sealing member is disposed between the pressure valve and the vacuum valve and has an insertion aperture that is formed at a position corresponding to the aperture of the pressure valve. A retainer is further inserted into the aperture and the insertion hole and a guide directs the vacuum valve to move vertically when the vacuum valve is opened or closed.

The present invention provides an induction heating device for a fuel cell system, which can rapidly heat coolant during cold start-up, control the power consumption depending on the voltage of a fuel cell stack, and ensure the insulation resistance by separating a heating unit, which is in contact with the coolant, from the outside. That is, the present invention provides an induction heating device for a fuel cell system, in which an insulating housing is provided in a coolant circulation line, a heater for heating coolant is provided in the housing, and a high frequency controller for controlling the power consumption of the heater is provided at the outside of the housing such that the coolant can be rapidly heated during cold start-up, precisely control the power consumption depending of the voltage of a fuel cell stack, and improve the insulation performance by separating the heater as a heating unit, which is in contact with the coolant, and the high frequency controller and a coil as a power unit with respect to the insulating housing.
