The invention relates to a fluid distributor () for a column () comprising at least one cell () containing a bed of particles (), the fluid distributor () comprising: &#x2014;a floor () comprising at least one injection point () providing a fluidic connection on either side thereof; &#x2014;a layer of a resistive medium () fixed on one face of the floor (), the resistive medium being permeable to the fluid; &#x2014;a spacing device () inserted between the floor () and the layer of resistive medium () and maintaining a space for the circulation of the fluid between the floor () and the layer of resistive medium (). The invention also relates to a column, in particular a chromatography column, provided with this fluid distributor.
