A child resistant cap includes: (a) a main closure base; (b) an outer ring unit that functions as a safety collar; (c) a dispensing mechanism on the base; (d) an overcap. The base attaches to a top dispensing container and the horizontally rotatable ring unit is attached to the base. Alternatively, the outer ring unit is fixedly attached to the container. The overcap has protrusions and the ring has at least one corresponding cut out. There is a ring cut out gap lock and lever that prevents at least one protrusion from passing through a cut out gap, unless it is moved to a release position after alignment of the ring unit and overcap and the lever is pushed upwardly to release the lock and lift the overcap.

There is an inlet leg that freely rotates around the bottom of the dip tube and a drive mechanism, such as a counterweight or a float, to assure that the leg extends into an air pocket when the container is tilted for liquid squeeze dispensing.

A liquid metered dispensing squeeze bottle includes: (a.) a squeezable container having an opening for dispensing liquid therefrom at one end and a bottom at the other end; (b.) a nonflexible trap chamber of a predetermined volume, connected to the opening of the container; (c.) a dip tube, and (d.) a one way valve system at the bottom of the dip tube that includes a leg. There is also a flexion mechanism on one or both of the dip tube and the leg to permit folding of the leg toward the tube for insertion into a standard neck or narrow neck container.

A combination spoon-lid and a cap for a container includes a main container cap and a spoon-lid. The main container cap has a top and at least one sidewall and has a dispensing orifice located on the top. The cap also has a container attachment mechanism for removably attaching the cap to a container, and has a spoon-lid attachment mechanism on the top adapted to receive the spoon-lid and close the dispensing orifice. The spoon-lid has main structure with a first end with a scoop spoon section and has a second end in the form of a handle and has an adjustable gate for increasing and decreasing the volume of the scoop spoon section. The spoon-lid is removably connectable to the attachment mechanism of the main cap to cover and seal the dispensing orifice.

A child resistant blister pack container for stacked blister packs includes a bottom member, a top member, and a child resistant push and lift mechanism. The bottom and top members, once filled and assembled, cannot be separated. They work together with a locking mechanism to assure that the stack of blister packs are secured, and that, upon removal of a blister package from the pack, the sealed medication of that package is automatically opened for use. This important feature prevents or discourages users from removing multiple packages that might other wise be unprotected until used.

A combination spoon-lid and a cap for a container includes a main container cap and a spoon-lid. The main container cap has a top and at least one sidewall and has a dispensing orifice located on the top. The cap also has a container attachment mechanism for removably attaching the cap to a container, and has a spoon-lid attachment mechanism on the top adapted to receive the spoon-lid and close the dispensing orifice. The spoon-lid has a first end with a dished spoon section and has a second end in the form of a handle, the spoon-lid adapted to removably connect to the attachment mechanism of the main cap to cover and seal dispensing orifice.

A fluid dispenser has an adjustable size dispensing orifice. It includes a fluid dispenser container having a hollow inside for storage of flowable material, the container having a top with a fluid outlet and having an adjustable size dispensing orifice unit connected to the outlet. It also includes the aforesaid adjustable size dispensing orifice unit which has a base member with a dispensing orifice connected to the container, at least one shutter, and a shutter movement ring connected to the shutter and rotatably connected to the base member. The shutter(s) have travel pins that are either integrally formed as part of the shutters or are inserted into a leg of the shutters. The travel pins extend into the shutter movement ring and the base member. One of either the base member and the shutter movement ring has a radiant travel guide and the other has a non-radiant travel guide. Rotation of the ring moves the shutter(s) to open or close.

A container insert includes: (a) a cup member having a central axis, the cup member being defined by a center base and a plurality of radiant support members, the radiant support members extending outwardly and upwardly from the center base with space therebetween; and, (b) a rigid stem member having a first end and a second end, the stem member being connected to the cup member at the first end along the central axis and extending downwardly therefrom away from the radiant support members. The cup member center base may be flat, tapered or otherwise and may include or exclude sidewalls. The cup member base may be circular from atop view, or could be some other configuration. Any workable shape may be utilized, such as a hexagon, pentagon, or shapes including straight edges and arcuated edges. A handle may also be attached to the base or a support member.

The child resistant multiple dosage blister pack dispenser includes a main housing bottom component for supporting and securing a blister pack. The bottom component has a first spring lock member for interaction with a second spring lock member located on a top component. One of the first and second spring lock members has a rest position, being a top component locking position to prevent tablet dispensing sliding movement of the top component, and a stressed position, being a top component unlocking position to permit sliding movement of the top component. The bottom component has a plurality of ones of either male or female or both male and female tab lock elements, forming lock sets with its counterpart, each lock set having a different opening position from all other lock sets. The main housing top component is slideably mounted on the bottom component with a plurality of tabs, each having a male or female lock element corresponding to the ones on the bottom component. The tabs have pull-up capability, such that when the spring lock member is in the stressed position and the top component has been moved forward, a first tab may be removed and one dosage unit exposed for removal. The steps are repeated to access each additional dosage.

A dry powder dispenser has a base member which supports a blister pack of rupturable pillows each containing measured quantities of dry powder to be dispensed. A pillow aligning with the discharge opening and the base member which likewise has a discharge passage in communication therewith for the discharge of the dry powder as the pillow is ruptured by a hinged lever which displaces the entire contents of the dry powder from its pillow chamber into the discharge passage, the lever sequentially activating an air piston for flow feeding a quantity of pressurized air along the discharge passage to expel the dry powder under air pressure.

The present invention is a child-resistant push and twist locking container. It includes a squeeze tube container having a neck and a dispensing orifice at an outer end of the neck, and the neck has one of a locking track and a locking lug. There is also a cap having at least three components and being assembled to cooperate with each other. This cap includes an outer shell having a sidewall and a top, the outer shell being adapted to receive and contain an inner top, a spring mechanism and an inner collar member; an inner top inserted into the outer shell and including a sealing liner for sealing the container; and, an inner collar member fixedly inserted into the outer shell and having the other of the locking track and the locking lug. There is a spring mechanism on at least one of the outer shell, the inner top and between the outer shell as a separate piece so as to permit the cap to be pushed and twisted into a closed side of the locking track wherein the spring mechanism biases the cap away from the container to maintain the lug in the track closed side.

A hand-operated pump dispenser for dosing liquid product from a container includes a rotatable plunger assembly which is manually lifted upwardly relative to the dispenser body for drawing product into a pump chamber in a preselected amount depending on the rotational setting of the plunger, and which is manually depressed for completely discharging the contents of the chamber.

An actuation device capable of adapting a conventional pump dispenser into a lever or trigger sprayer, the actuation device having a housing comprised of a first part that is removably connected to a second part and when the two parts are connected, a pump dispenser is received within the housing. The first part of the housing has an opening adjacent the nozzle of the pump dispenser that allows the contents of the pump dispenser to be sprayed out through the opening. A lever is hingedly mounted to the housing via a plurality of trunnions and associated trunnion cradles and has a leg portion that makes holding and squeezing the lever easy and comfortable. The lever also has at least one arm disposed adjacent an annular rim of the skirt of the pump dispenser so that when the lever is moved, the arm of the lever presses against the annular rim and causes the pump dispenser to actuate and spray fluid from the pump dispenser to the target.
