A process for the coating of substrates comprising insertion of a substrate into a process oven, plasma cleaning of the substrate, dehydration of the substrate, withdrawal of a metered amount of one or more chemicals from one or more chemical reservoirs, vaporizing the withdrawn chemicals in one or more vapor chambers, and transfer of the vaporized chemicals into a process oven, thereby reacting with the substrate. An apparatus for the coating of substrates comprising a process oven, a gas plasma generator, a metered chemical withdrawal subsystem, and a vaporization subsystem.

Apparatus for the efficient coating of substrates including plasma cleaning

A speaker pod for housing an audio speaker. The speaker pod is adapted to be installed in a channel having an effective height and a depth defined by a floor, a sidewall, and a top, such as may be found, for example, below the door-frame of a 1997-model-year Jeep&reg; Wrangler&reg; vehicle. The speaker pod comprises a multi-sided enclosure having a back plate adapted to extend upwardly from the floor adjacent to and approximately parallel to the sidewall, a front plate having a projected height and an opening for mounting a speaker therein, and a top connecting the back plate with the front plate. The top has a step comprising a bottom having a width approximately equal to the depth of the channel and a riser having a height approximately equal to the projected height of the front plate minus the effective height of the channel. The speaker pod may be particularly adapted for mounting in the front compartment of a vehicle and the front plate may be angled relative to the back plate to direct sound from the speaker toward a driver or a passenger in the vehicle. The invention also comprises a vehicle having at least one speaker pod as claimed herein, preferably with a set of two speaker pods that are mirror-images of one another and mounted on opposite sides of the vehicle.

Vehicle speaker pod

A connector for standard commercial square or rectangular tubing. The connector consists of a cubic or otherwise appropriately shaped block with projecting sections in each direction where tubing is intended to be connected. The projecting sections fit loosely inside the tubing. Each projection has internal cams that drive radial pins outward to engage the inner surface of the tubing. Cam movement is accomplished by a screw perpendicular to the axis of the tubing.

Connector for square or rectangular structural tubing

A connector for square or rectangular tubing. The connector consists of a cubic or otherwise appropriately shaped block with projecting sections in each direction where tubing is intended to be connected. The projecting sections fit loosely inside the tubing. Each projection has an internal cam that is rotated in place to drive radial pins outward to engage the inner surface of the tubing. Cam rotation is accomplished by screw means that are mounted transverse to the axis of the tube and engage the cam tangentially. In some embodiments, additional screw means engage the cam to cause contrary rotation to disassemble the connection.

The humidifier for controlling humidity in a semi-conductor manufacturing environment provides a trickle water refill level control system for maintaining an accurate flow of refill water into the humidifier water tank. A water supply provides a substantially constant rate of flow of water to a conduit connected between the humidifier tank inlet port and the water overflow tank inlet port, to allow the excess water supplied to the humidifier water tank to flow to the overflow tank. The overflow tank has a float level control allowing for operation of the steam generating humidifier at higher steam pressures, and increased stability of the steam generation rate. A pressure equalization line is also connected between an upper portion of the humidifier water tank and an upper air reservoir of the water overflow tank for equalizing pressure between the humidifier water tank and the water overflow tank.

Humidifier for control of semi-conductor manufacturing environments

A double set trigger for a rifle is disclosed, consisting of a sear, a middle lever, a firing trigger, a set trigger, a catch for the set trigger, and a lever to sense the presence of the rifle bolt. The double set trigger has two springs, one for a light pull and one for a heavy pull. The force from the heavy pull spring is applied through the set trigger. The catch withholds the set trigger from the firing trigger for a light pull; the catch may be released by a second pull on the set trigger. The bolt sensing lever will release the set trigger if the bolt is withdrawn. A counterweight locates the center of gravity of the firing trigger concentric with the pivot point of the firing trigger.
