Nasal respiratory assembly includes flexible tubing connected to a fluid source. The flexible tubing includes a pair of receptacles through which the fluid is dispensed, a pair of posts, and a connector with a central opening sized and shaped to cooperate with one of the receptacles. Each post includes a flange sized and shaped to fit over the nostril of a patient; a main body comprising a passageway configured therein.

Self-sanitizing respiratory assembly and methods of making and using the same

Nasal respiratory assembly includes a pair of sheets. Each sheet defines an opening sized and shaped to fit over a nostril of a patient, with a ferromagnetic dome-shaped ring positioned at an underside of the sheet, with an upper side of the sheet configured for sealable engagement with the nostril. The assembly also includes a pair of posts. Each post includes a magnetic ring positioned at a first end and a ball shaped receptacle positioned at a second end. The magnetic ring is removably attachable to the dome-shaped ring. The assembly further includes a pair of conduit adapters with openings therethrough for fluid flow. A post end of each conduit adapter includes a socket, each socket shaped to receive the ball shaped receptacle in a ball and socket arrangement to form a substantially airtight connection therewith.

Respiratory assembly with conduit adapter and methods of use

Respiratory assembly for use in conjunction with a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) equipment is provided. The respiratory assembly includes a conduit coupler comprising a male member and a female member. The respiratory assembly also includes a disposable respiratory mask that defines a central opening therethrough that is sized to receive the male member. A gasket is positioned between the male member and the respiratory mask, the gasket encircling the central opening to provide a sealing thereto. A channel opening of one of the male member and the female member connects to a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) mask that couples to one or more of a patient's nare and mouth.

Nasal respiratory assembly comprises a pair of sheets. Each sheet defines an opening sized and shaped to fit over the nostril of a patient, with a ferromagnetic ring positioned at an underside of the sheet, with an upper side of the sheet configured for sealable engagement with the nostril. A pair of posts is provided, each post including a magnetic ring positioned at a first end and a receptacle positioned at a second end, the magnetic ring removably attachable to the ferromagnetic ring. A connector is also provided, the connector including a pair of channel openings at a post end, each channel opening sized and shaped to cooperate with one of the post receptacles to form a substantially airtight connection therewith, and an inlet at a vent end that is fluid communication with a flexible tubing connected to a fluid source.

Respiratory assembly and methods of using the same

A respiratory assembly is provided. The assembly includes at least one post having a nasal engaging portion on about a first end thereof for delivering treatment gases to the nasal cavity of a patient. A pair of tubes capable of receiving gas from a hose or fluid source are selectively engaged with the pair of posts for delivering treatment gases from the inlet through the receptacle and into the nasal cavity of the patient. A splitter may be positioned between the hose or fluid source and the pair of tubes. Ball and socket joints may provide enhanced flexibility of the assembly while in use.

Respiratory assembly

A respiratory assembly is provided. The assembly includes a base engaged with at least one connector and in fluid communication with a hose or fluid source for allowing the gaseous flowthrough between the at least one connector, the base and the hose or fluid source. The assembly further includes a pair of sockets engaged with the at least one connector, and a pair of posts, each post selectively engageable with at least one of the pair of sockets. Each post includes a flange that defines an opening therethrough, the openings in fluid communication with each corresponding socket of the pair of sockets. Each post further includes an adhesive adhered to each flange and configured for sealably engaging a patient's nare.

A respiratory mask assembly is provided. The assembly includes at least one post having a nasal engaging portion on about a first end thereof for delivering treatment gases to the nasal cavity of a patient. A mask having an inlet for receiving treatment gases from a fluid source and at least one receptacle for being sealably engaged with a respective one of the at least one post for delivering treatment gases from the inlet through the receptacle and into the nasal cavity of the patient is provided. The mask is configured for selective sealable engagement with the patient's mouth, patient's nose, or both the patient's mouth and the patient's nose.
