The present disclosure relates to a lighting fixture for use in connection with a swimming pool or spa. The lighting fixture includes a light source, and a detection device for detecting the presence of a bather in a pool or a spa. A microprocessor is in electrical communication with the detection device and the light source. The microprocessor adjusts an output of the light source when a bather is detected in the pool or the spa. The microprocessor could adjust the color of the light emitted by the light source when a bather is detected. Also provided is a bather condition/activity detection system which utilizes pool or spa devices to detect various bather conditions/activities such as bather ingress, egress, drowning, distress, etc.

A surface mount placement system with one or more carriages includes, on each carriage, multiple groups of quills, each group being adjustable on one of two principal orthogonal directions of a plane containing a component mounting zone. The quills of each group are independently rotatable with respect to the quills of the other group and are further independently moveable in a third direction orthogonal to the two principal directions. A carriage is moved to the component mounting zone where the two groups are adjusted with respect to each other for placement of at least two components, one from each group, in a single place step.

The portable self-contained colonic machine includes a generally T-shaped housing having hot and cold water inlets, a mixed water inlet and a drain in a recess below the flange on one side of the machine and a water outlet to the user, a return line inlet and a rinsing outlet in the recess along the opposite side of the machine below the flange. The outlets and inlets lie within the rectilinear confines of the housing. A return line extends linearly from the return line inlet through a view tube and an on/off valve to an outlet port to the drain. The linear extending return line facilitates manual cleaning of the machine.

A machine used to populate printed circuit boards (PCB) with surface mount electrical components, wherein an elongated PCB-carrying Y table intersects an elongated turret-carrying X oriented carriage structure intermediate a Y table component placement zone. Left and right vacuum quill-carrying turrets are independently movable along the carriage structure, the quills being movable in a Z direction, and the quills in each respective turret being adapted to pick-up selected components from respective left and right multiple feeder stations while the quills in the other turret simultaneously deposits components on a PCB supported on the Y table in the placement zone.

The measuring tool includes a pair of measuring sections pivotally hinged one to the other. Each section includes a flat plate mounted for pivotal movement about an axis normal to the hinge axis. Frictional locking means lock each plate in adjusted pivotal positions about its axis. A frictional locking means also locks the pivoted sections one to the other in adjusted positions about the hinge axis. The plates contain measuring indicia and are slidable linearly in a direction parallel to the axis about which the plates are pivoted.
